Purchased this PC as a replacement for a 10-year-old desktop (a backup to my much newer laptop) that finally quit. It's a really good buy for the money and I had researched several mid-tier desktops as a replacement. I had zero problems unboxing and installing all needed items. Pages load fast, games play without stuttering / lag. The tower is large enough and roomy enough to accommodate future upgrades as needed. There is plenty of cooling. I'm not a 'power user', just wanted something that was easy to use and decently powered. I got more than I thought I would for the price.

I bought this new PC for my son as part of a Christmas deal deal, and I he is quite pleased with how well this PC performs. It looks really cool with all the lights.

I purchased the RDY Trace 7MP 004 from bestbuy.com for my 14 yo son for a really good price. It came with the matching keyboard and mouse, unfortunately when I went to set it up, the keyboard was not responding with the system. I called the IT department and went through various troubleshooting but nothing worked. I was told to either mail it back, or take it back to BestBuy. I was furious, I had been trying all morning to get it setup and my son was really looking forward to opening it like yesterday. I didn't give up though, after I got off of the phone with tech support, I tried my sons old keyboard and lord behold! It worked. Luckily it wasn't the system itself, but actually the keyboard that was defective. It lights up, but it doesn't type or do anything else. I called IBuypower back and explained the issue and tech support was so nice, they gave me instructions on how to setup an RMA for an exchange for the keyboard. I felt bad for being kind of mean to the 1st tech support agent that had tried to assist me. I would give them 5 stars, but due to the keyboard issue, I'll give them a 4 :)

Great pc and ran every game i like from mid to high settings. Graphics card and Ram left more to be desired but i was easily able to add 32gbs of ram and a 3060ti without any issue and i’ve never put together a computer. That being said i totally recommend upgrading the cpu if you don’t want your games bottle necking at medium settings. All in all 9/10 would definitely recommend.

Really nice pc gaming great for beginners, i bought this pc for my kid, he's 10 years old. Good graphics and fast.

In terms of connectivity, the Trace Mesh 8GB doesn’t disappoint. It includes multiple USB ports, including USB 3.0 for fast data transfer, as well as HDMI and DisplayPort outputs for connecting to external displays. The inclusion of a 240GB solid-state drive (SSD) provides fast boot times and snappy performance, although the limited capacity may require you to add additional storage for your games and files.

The design, the different colors and easy to use. Bought it for my kids and they are in love with it.

I love how fast it runs and how smoothly you can transition from one thing to another without it slowing down

So far so good. It’s been set up for a few days. Looks great seems fast and zero issues with shipping. I got it for my daughter’s first gaming computer as we didn’t really know what she needed. Seems ok for now. The only drawback is it ships in the box that says what it is so you should be home when it gets delivered.

Very good gaming PC for the price, already thinking on an upgrade to make it even better. Totally recommended.

Great excellent first gaming pc works like a charm great quality and for cheap too. I recommend to anybody who wants a PC but doesn’t want to spend a lot of money.

Second time buying this computer for my boys. They now both have one. I am VERY impressed by the price of this computer and how well it runs. It is fast and works so well. We love it!

For a pre built PC it Works great, runs fast, and the case is just beautiful. Love the product and love how it comes with all you need to do basic gaming. Great beginner PC

This is a great starter pc if you want to get into gaming/streaming. Overtime I would suggest you upgrade the ram, cpu, gpu and storage depending on the games you want to play but other then that I never had any issues with this pc

When I got the pc, it came with a gtx 1650 which I upgraded and it also came with an intel core i3, 8gb ram ddr4, so I had to upgrade some things but it's a great pc. The picture is of my old pc and the new one.

It’s good to start with, but if you want to do anything substantial on it then you will have to upgrade some parts. I had to get more ram and a better cpu to be able to play the games I wanted to play, an i3 and 8gb ram doesn’t cut it.

This computer is user friendly. My son was able set it up on his own he’s only 10 years old. He stated that he loves everything about it.
