I was very pleased with the product the overall issues as the delivery and the staff that did not get my full address and never called to notify me.

The sound is average, don't buy, look for better quality. I don't recommend it.

Bought this computer July 2021. In August it quit working and had to send to IBuypower to get fixed. They said the drive was bad , replaced it and sent back in October 2021. Then in July 2022 it quick working again. They said probably the drive again. Even though they replaced the drive in September/October of 2021 they said computer is out of warranty and nothing they can do. They said could be motherboard also since second time drive went out. This computer was not used all that much, Do not recommend buying their products.

My 12 year old son bought this along with a monitor with his own money has was saving. With in three days it is not working properly. I know it is the tower because we hooked it up to a different monitor and the same problem exists. For some reason when you turn it on it states that it is diagnosing then problem is not resolved. Goes to a blue screen to either troubleshoot or shut down. It will not do ANYTHING. Thank goodness he also bought the geek squad for a few years so we now have to find the time to run up there to get it checked. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I would avoid this machine, when we first bought it any kind of windows update would brick this machine and we had to wipe it and start all over.

This is a crappy system and I always have to reinstall windows and. Since I bought it almost a year ago I always have problems

Worst gaming pc ever! Doesn’t even work only had for 5 days. Bought for a birthday gift and so disappointing!

When no systems are available they had fast shipping and a reasonable price. I'm happy with the performance, will be upgrading the GPU if they ever come back in stock anywhere.

Bought a ibuypower set up for my son and after downloading everything the power supply? went out. It wouldn’t turn on at all and we took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it within the week. So far no problems and my kid loves it.

Amazing product. Runs tons of games at 60fps at high graphics. Comes with internet antennas it makes the speeds real fast. I love the graphics card, no defects and no performance issues so far. I would recommend it 100%.

I just received the PC and so far the PC runs great! I would definitely say this is a great starter PC and would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to begin gaming on PC.
