This has been the best PC purchase I have ever personally made! The price was right. The components were right. And the service was first class. I wanted a basic gaming computer and got one that will last for years to come. Support from the GeekSquad has also been first class with most work on the PC done remotely.

an absolute beast of a computer, if your looking into gaming and have the budget to spare to get this then you most certainly won't be disappointed. It's got the power to chew up and spit out almost anything you throw at it, and capable of in my case averaging 100-1000fps depending on games with surprising stability. Fair warning for future buyers however, the cpu cooler covers the 4th ram slot, so if you're planning on upgrading keep that in mind.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I tried many companies to help me build a PC but it always came outside of my budget. This is a decent PC and the price is fair. So far, I've been able to play the most demanding games available and pushed this PC to its limits with Dead Space remake and this PC ran it like a champ in ultra settings reducing the fps to 60. Anything above 60fps would cause some drops. It came with a free game(Marvel Midnight Suns).

This computer is an absolute fps beast in terms of gameplay capability. I've run many modern titles at high or ultra settings with no issues, maintaining consistently high framerates. I swapped out the cooler for a Corsair AIO, but the included fans should be more than enough to keep this big rig at reliably cool temps. The value is great, as you really get the most bang for your buck if you do not want to build your own computer.

I bought this during the holidays to upgrade my old gaming system. This one is pretty sweet. Out of the box, it was easy to set up. It powers up very quickly, and is very quiet while running. I have had no issues setting up my games, transferring files, and connecting the peripherals. I would highly recommend this system for anyone looking for a setup that will last you for a few years!

So far so good, the pc arrived in good condition packaged securely. The value per dollar for the price that I got it at during Black Friday (which was 1150) had no competition even after thoroughly searching through other websites. This pc runs anything I throw at it with ease while managing to remain quiet. Would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend!

I have been using this PC for going on three years now and I have no complaints. I am able to optimally run games such as WoW, Destiny 2, and Warframe. I can also run more demanding games like Battlefield 6 at a slightly lower frame rate (all at 1440p). Would definitely go back to iBUYPOWER for future PCs.

I bought this computer on sale for Black Friday. The computer was packed well and looks great, including the RGB parts. The graphics are amazing and it was able to play old and new games with no issue. I took a star off because the first one I brought home worked for a couple hours, shut off after launching a game, then the power cycled on/off repeatedly. I exchanged that one without issue and the new one has worked flawlessly.

I really love my new PC it runs games better than I thought it would and was one of the easiest things I have setup. The hardest part was taking it out of the box which looking back is a good thing as it means the parts are safe and secure while it was in the box. If I had to recommend a company to get a PC form, I would suggest this company.

This was my first time getting a gaming PC , I figured it would be cheaper to get a prebuilt and then upgrade as I go and it has defiantly worked out as planned. Everything has worked well only issue was that it came with windows 11 and i would much rather has windows 10. Over all 10/10

Was a little uncertain of this unit due to the brand that I didn’t have experience. However, the computer is a visually impressive gaming computer with great specs (for the price point). It is very speedy and the gaming experience is excellent. Set up went smoothly and we were up and running very quickly.

I love this product. When I was playing games it felt smooth and there was very little lag. I think the lag was due to my internet. This computer is an excellent purchase for gamers everywhere.

I just bought this iBUYPOWER Desktop (I didn't have much technical insights but I deferred to some recommendations from friends) and priced out several different models/DIY. I couldn't find a better price, and now that the PC has arrived I am very impressed by the sleek design, speed and ease of setup!

I had a computer from 2011 and the GPU finally failed in 2023. A friend recommended ibuypower. I have a little knowledge of putting together gaming PC's but I didn't have the time so this prebuilt was great. It is a world of difference from my other computer. I love how actual thought went into the build of the case with the way all of the wires are hidden and the GPU is out in the open for max airflow. I found the two slots for additional HDD and took out my old ones to add to my new computer. It was easy to do with the side panels that are easy to remove. I immediately ordered another set of the same RAM sticks to double my RAM. My games were barely able to run at the lowest settings and now they are maxing out and still running like I've never seen them before. Things that were in the games I didn't know about because of how low quality I had to use. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this on Black Friday 2022 for $1150, which, at the time, was an excellent deal on this computer ($400 off). Overall it is a decent machine, however, to hit that price point, iBuyPower made some compromises that affect the performance of the machine. It should be noted that those compromises may not affect everyone. I got this for a creation workstation, not gaming - so my needs are a bit different. First the good: The overall package is very nice. The case is large with a decent power supply, ample fans, decent air-cooler, good ram and a very fast Gigabyte RTX-3070 graphics card. My unit came with an ASROCK B660M-C motherboard which is the weakest link in the system. In addition, the included NVMe drive is just fair, The mother board supports M.2 4x4 PCIe NVMe drives, which are 3 times as fast as the drive it came with. (I tested it with a WD SN850X NVMe and got over 7,000MBS reads and writes!) The ATX-m motherboard is pretty bare bones, the graphic cards covers all but one PCI expansion slot, which may not matter to some. It came with no USB-C jacks. The board supports a USB-C header, which the case did not, so it was not installed. Even had it been, it would have only been 3.2-Gen1, so half the speed of a USB-C 3.2-Gen2 port (which the B660 chipset supports). It did come with several USB3.1 type A ports (two on the top of the case and four on the back in addition to four USB2 type A ports on the back as well. The CPU was air cooled, with a large fan that covered two of the ram slots. The cooler did a very good job and the fan can be removed from the heatsink to access the ram, which is not ideal, buy workable. The motherboard supports DDR4-3200 natively. The system came with Neo Forza 3200 -CL16 RGB memory, which benchmarked well - so no issues there. The main issue was the power section of the motherboard could not sustain the i7-12700f running all cores at full-speed for more than 30 seconds, even with the bois tweaked per their recommendations, the cpu would throttle due to exceeding the boards power limits. This restricted the CPU from performing at full load for extended periods of time, which it should be able to do if properly powered and cooled. In normal gaming this would most likely not be an issue, as the RTX-3070 would be doing most of the work. In some of the applications I run this is an issue. Ultimately, after extensive debate, I returned the computer. It is a very nice unit, however, the lack of a USB-C-3.2 port and the power limiting issue with the motherboard forced my hand. It should be noted that this same model comes with a Gigabyte motherboard that solves both of those issues. Unfortunately my local BestBuy did not have any in stock with Gigabyte motherboard. If this computer had the Gigabyte board I definitely would have kept it. So there you go - so close to being an exception deal. A word about BestBuy - they were great. I ordered the system on-line, it was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. After I decided to return it, I took it back to my local store to see if they had the gigabyte motherboard version. They were very accommodating, especially considering it was a few days before Christmas. Unfortunately the stock on hand was the Asrock motherboard.
