I bought this iBuyPower computer from Best Buy never having heard of the company but after some quick reviews I had to go with this company. I compared buying through them and buying through Best Buy and Best Buy (with promo codes) ended up being the best route. I am extremely satisfied with this product and would highly recommend

To start off, this computer runs great when it does not give you problems. When I first got it, the computer ran fine and was amazing. It started to crash or freeze out of no where when I was gaming, doing homework, or just downloading stuff. I quickly realized that they put the hard drive that it came with right under the graphics card (this is shown in the picture where it is placed. You can’t see it from the picture however it is found under there). Like who does that? The desktop came with an ADATA hard drive which is already known to malfunction and then they placed it under the graphics card which now is basically a ticking time bomb for the hard drive. If you were to get this, I would replace or relocate the hard drive ASAP. Also right off the bat, go to the motherboard to make sure your RAM is running at the right speeds. Mine was pre defaulted to 2133 and caused issues as well.

This pc is a best. This is my first gaming PC ever. But I played high end games before in friends PC. Compared to them this one played the like Warhammer, Horizon: Zero Dawn, God of War smooth as butter. Also the visual aesthetics are amazing. No noise.

Price is very good right now considering the parts. Curbside pickup was very convenient and wiring job in case very acceptable.

Fast gaming computer, can't go wrong with the RTX 3080! Paired it with the Dell S3222DGM gaming monitor. No complaints!

I tried checking the prices of each components used and this is way cheaper than rebuilding your own gaming PC.

I was happy to see that the product was well packaged, easy to assemble, and set-up and it came with clear and detailed instructions on how to get started using the computer. This model is definitely a good buy. I've never owned and IBuyPower but the case is sleek and beautiful, and the overall experience was very good.

This is my first-time experience buying a gaming PC and I'm glad I chose iBuyPower. Order shipped and arrived way sooner than expected. Computer came safely packaged and easy to assemble with easy-to-follow instructions. Keyboard and Mouse are also really great. Highly recommend if you're on the fence about purchasing from them as it was pretty straightforward.
