Comp ran well for the most part. Fans sounded loose and squeeled. Computer would also reset randomly. Returned and purchased the same one and that one has a few design differences on the fans but the motherboard usbs dont work.

Very good pc doesn't get hot not so loud amazing graphics and easy to set up.

very nice performance Gaming CPU, only problem I had it came super outdated the BIOS driver and kept on randomly restarting. after I got in contact with geeksquad they told me I had to take it back to the store to replace it but I did my research and ended up updating the BIOS and now it is working great. They shouldn't have those CPU's outdated that way.

Prime example of craftsmanship at its finest when it comes to prebuilt gaming desktops. Very well crafted and put together and designed by genuine gamers and enthusiasts. Runs very smoothly beyond the mark’s expectations and looks like a great purchase made by me since the effort gone into this build was remarkable. Thanks again!!

this is my 2nd prebuilt pc from best buy and this will be my last. I've only had this pc for almost a month and the first week was great until recently. I've had sooo many issues that I've had to fix like my corrupted c drive, couldn't open file explorer without my whole pc restarting on me, and some games I had to switch over to my other storage because of my corrupted c drive. there's no reason i should be paying $2k for a pc that has sooo many issues. I've fixed all my issues on my own, with no help of customer service. Also my 1st pc through best buy was bad as well and had an array of issues. please do better.

Beautiful pc, great build and cable management. However, this pc would freeze constantly because of the ram. I ended up purchasing Corsair Vengance sticks to compensate the lack of speed on the ones it came with.

Was told to buy this PC due to other ibuypower pc arriving broken. This came with a corrupted version of windows and a broken AOI. Please spare yourself from the hassle and do not buy a IBP pc. When returning to best buy, employee mentioned that every display IBP pc they have received the last few months have arrived broken.

This PC is everything I wanted and more upon first impression. It’s beautiful, powerful, and quiet! Worth every Penny.

Overall, solid gaming PC. Had a couple small issues at first but was able to straighten it out.

Fantastic build, runs quiet, clean cable management, not loose cables upon arrival. Motherboard for me was an MSI B650

Giving this 5 stars instead of 4 for the recent deal. At $1600, the entire computer is a good value.

The PC looks awesome it was very easy to set up, my lady loves it for her 3d modeling.

So as far as the components go it is 100% an upgrade from my last PC. However, this is where the negatives start. The first one I had received was completely defective and would crash every hour or so. This continued daily until one day it just froze on boot. Luckily, I was in the exchange window to get a new one. Let’s hope this next one isn’t a repeat.

At first this PC was great. I spent a couple hours downloading a few games. Everything defaulted to Ultra settings. I was pumped. Then I noticed how loud the fans were... and saw that only half of them were working. iBP support helped me find the cable and plug them in but they still didn't seem to work properly and I was a bit miffed I had to work on my brand new PC in the first place. Then the blue screens started a couple days later. I eventually got into a blue screen boot loop I couldn't get out of and iBP support said it was bad RAM. After all of these issues I elected to return.
