Ordered as a gift while on sale and had shipped to store. First, the employee at Best Buy couldn’t find a valid bar code to scan (not her fault - manufacturer had a generic box with multiple barcodes and product descriptions on it - rather entertaining for a technology manufacturing business). Based on the box and identifying marks we weren’t even sure if it was the correct product. Once opened, it appeared to be the correct item so we began to unpack as instructed. During the process, we noted the inside components were secured with expanding foam shipping pouches inside that were extremely difficult to remove. After removing the second packing foam pouch we found a cable that was unplugged and the connector was damaged. We called the manufacturer and found out that the cable was needed to use the plugs on the front of the desktop. The manufacturer provided options of: 1) sending us a cable (that they would try to find on another similar product that was returned - I guess they don’t understand inventory and service needs) they also stated we would need to pay someone locally to replace it, 2) ship it to them for repair but stated that would take some time, or 3) return it to Beat Buy (at the time no other units were available for exchange). I asked the manufacturer if they would match the price and send us a replacement since Best Buy was sold out - the last representative we were passed to didn’t really seem to care about customer service and only stated the prices online are their prices. To be fair - the tech support guy we spoke with was very nice. To the manufacturer - thanks for ruining the holiday gift for a 13 year old. Second, you need to learn the value of customer service. You might also want to put some thought behind your packaging. Best Buy was great and took the product back without any issues. If you need a good office space movie remake smashing prop - buy something made by this manufacturer. If you need good customer service and a quality product - run the other way.

I ordered another model from Ibuypower and i received two defective ones. I went with this model and its working beautifully. I love it.

This pc is amazing and looks great! I ordered ground shipping and it arrived earlier with no damages!

System lock up almost immediately after booting up. After several hours, I discovered the default clock speed of the memory chips was the cause. It works with lower clock speed. I had to buy new memory chips to clock it at the recommended speed and everything works correctly. The case with the lighting is beautiful to see.

Great looking PC but i had network issue which it kept on disconnecting from the internet while i was downloading some apps. I didnt event get to try out some games because of the downloading speed. I have a laptop in the same room and i have never had that issue.

Amazing product and amazing features, worth buying!

This computer constantly crashes. I am unable to game, let alone even use a browser. It will randomly power off and restart. It also randomly gives me a blue screen saying that the computer has crashed, and then initiates a restart. I had really high expectations. It's really disappointing. Then again, Best Buy is now saying this computer is not going to be offered going forward and there's probably a reason for that.

Tried this rig twice. Both would restart constantly, blue screens, frozen and jumbled display. Was hoping I just got unlucky, but had the same problems with the 2nd one from day one. Returned and won't be bothering with IBP any longer.

Computer failed 3 days past the return date, the refused to let me return it, ordered the computer the 12th of Dec, picked it up the 15th, started failing the 16th of Jan and they say im screwed

Had to return it because the computer was not assembled properly. There were parts not screwed in and loose.

I'm pleased with the performance of this machine when it's working properly. However, it has the problem of freezing randomly. Luckily, it reboots quickly.

I bought an Ibutpower PC from Best on Christmas it was at a discount from 2100 USD to 1500 USD it is a good PC it can run smoothly except for Warframe cause that game is Trash

Recently purchased a PC and couldn't be happier with it. Had a Bluetooth driver issue but customer service was great and solved the problem within 5 minutes of calling.
