Great product but bluetooth has some defects along with system management. With its price its about what everything is worth now buying seperately but it shouldn't come with a problem.

Middle aged and tired of building my own PC with what little time i can scrape together. I had purchased this PC, which in hindsight was my mistake. Everything worked fine, however i began to suffer a system crashing issue when the PC wasnt even under load. After spending weeks of my free time trying to figure out what was wrong, i was unable. This list of diagnostics includes checking the memory, cables, system restore was performed a total of 4 times. All parts were verified by sight and feel to be connected, finally gave up and called tech support. Was helped fairly quickly. They suggested i run a few more tools and i did. Maybe a week later after getting ready to call support and have them take it back; i saw an obscure post on Reddit of a similar build from the same company. It appears the RAM speed they have set in the BIOS isnt even remotely compatible with the RAM provided in the PC, which, when youre buying a computer from a "gaming pc" company seems extremely oversighted and somewhat irresponsible. Now i feel left with a computer that has "Gremlins in the machine" so to speak. I will likely be reaching out to them to see if they will extend the warranty another year to ease my suspicions but, this being the second PC ive purchased from this company, is OK for what its worth. Ive had problems with both, at least this was something i was able to resolve myself.

Good strong PC. Took a day to get my COD WZ settings right. A couple crashes in game but pushing 190 FPS. Would recommend.

PC arrived a day earlier than expected. In perfect condition, packaged well. I had one issue with windows not activating correctly but IBuypower resolved the issue within an hour.

Great PC, starts up quick and games play seamlessly. Got a great deal on this PC and it was totally worth it. Looks great too

Great PC. But the Xbox app doesn't work. However loving it so far.

First i thought it is an overpriced product by after using it for month i think its worth every penny. Great product. Highly recomended.

Issue with the pc since i got it, it start as random freezing every other day to freezing 3 times a day. I'll update when i have a chance to take it to my nearest bestbuy to get it fixed. However if you are looking at this pc check out the other reviews in the last month and a half.

My machine crashes multiple times on a daily basis. My return period closed 2 days ago unfortunately or I would be returning this machine. In its current state, it is impossible for me to fully enjoy as I know it's going to crash on me eventually while I'm playing a game. This is my first venture into a gaming PC and I feel like I made a terrible mistake.

This computer is great for very basic computing and lower lever graphic video games. We purchased this for my husband to play his resolution games and all it did was crash.

This is our second computer after we already exchanged the first one. The computer freezes up and you have to shut it down manually and restart it. The geek squad agents have not only been unhelpful on the phone but also down right rude. They refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. We now have to take this computer to the store. What a rip off Best Buy is. Can I please have a district manager call me about this
