Nothing but problems since ive gotten the computer a year ago. Shipped it back to manufacturer for repairs after 8 months cause it wouldnt stop crashing and overheating. A literal month after getting it back same thing reoccurs. Doesnt restart when i press restart snd just crashes. Crashes in any game i play. Terrible pc

I bought this during a black Friday sale. Having owned it for 2 weeks, I have crashed 21 times (almost 2 times a day). I did some investigating, and it seems there's something wrong with the CPU/cooler. I reached out to the support team to have it looked at/repaired. Their response was to charge me for the repair WHEN ITS ONLY 2 WEEKS OLD (unless i paid for the best buy membership. Which only covers labor costs..). They said the only viable option was to return it. Given my old PC is now scraps, this really isn't an option for me. So now I'm stuck with a 2000$ gaming pc that crashes every day, and I'll probably have to cough up at least another 100-500$ for a cooler/cpu depending on the issue. I guess I learned my lesson. Everyone says iBuyPower is IBuyCrap for a reason..
