Great out of the box.

The keyboard and mouse were not necessary since I already have a Huntsman V2 and Basilisk Ultimate but, it is a nice touch. For someone that wants an upgrade from their old one or just want's an entry mid level PC. I couldn't recommend this one enough.

I went against my better judgement being in IT for 2 decades and got this machine because of the GPU shortage at the time. Well, the ssd completely fails one day, so I go to get a replacement. Wow is their support not only garbage, but also incompetent and dumb. I was shocked and appalled that a company like this could employ not just one but several very awful support reps. I was just trying to get an RMA placed to get an SSD replacement so I can install myself. I have yet to do it, I am so frustrated after hours of attempts through their chat and calls that I decided to try again another day when either they figure out the issues with their chat/RMA creation portal or they have the A squad online versus the C team.

The employees at BestBuy helped me so much when it comes to purchasing this PC, because honestly I didn't know anything about what I was purchasing. Best gift ever!!

IBUYPOWER kinda shady

Got the PC dropped off at my house 3 days after order (which was great honestly) just to turn it on and have it immediately freeze at the boot screen with zero fix. I got sent a PC with a fried motherboard. Dropped a lot of money for a paperweight, very disappointing. Not to mention, the last IBUYPOWER I bought 3ish years back, they shipped it with a lower tier GPU than I ordered.. IBUYPOWER making it real hard to trust them after this. Next PC might not be purchased from them honestly.
