great product but needs some work on the case build quality

Got blue screen of death after installing a windows driver that was needed to run windows 11 what a joke

Purchsed, was delivered damaged. Returned the damaged one and had to wait for a new one to arrive at the store. When it finally came in I picked it up & that one would not work so had to return that one as well. Very disappointing. Lots of time wasted.

Received 2 and a half weeks ago and already have to send to the manufacturer. Per IBuyPower, the drive went. ??? Best Buy was of no assistance and IBuyPoower wasn't the best either. Probably will never purchases from either again.

The computer is beautiful BUT one it got delivered to my house only lasted 1 day next day did not wanna turn on replaced for the same one got delivered and any of the fans RGB are turning on. What a disappointment

Picked it up, took it home and unboxed it like a child on Holiday. Is exactly as advertised. All functioning and not a thing wrong that I have noticed. Decent for the price! Don't think, just do.

Hardware wise, I can't complain, good quality pieces of hardware for the price. The only criticism that I have towards iBUYPOWER is that make sure the Windows O.S. has a fresh installation before is shipped to the customer because I bought mine 1 week ago and the installation date was in January 2023 but there were AMD chipset software installed from August 2022 and the PC doesn't have any AMD parts in it and windows was acting weird. Other than that, amazing PC.

Excellent value, excellent computer, highly recommended

I recently bought an IBUYPOWER gaming computer with almost identical specifications for $1250. The only differences were the chassis and mine is a fan cooled cpu instead of liquid cooled. For less than $150, I added 2 rgb fans, I doubled the ram to 32Gb and I installed a much better cpu fan with rgb. I also added rgb power cords so lt really pops when you look at it. I could have added liquid cooling for another $150, but its entirely unnecessary. My point is not to badmouth Ibuypower, because they seem to be great computers…and I’m very happy with mine, just do your research because I essentially bought the same computer for $500 less than the sale price of this one, and for another $200, mine looks cooler and is actually better than this one. If I’d simply spent the $150 on a liquid cooler, the only difference would be the chassis and the $400 price difference. Another $150 and I could add another Tb of SSD. So for $1550 I could have the same computer with double the ram and double the storage of this $1800 computer….on sale.

Good system, terrible quality control. Had this system for 2 months before it started crashing constantly. Customer support said it was a defective gpu and had me pay $550 in advance for a replacement. New gpu arrives 3 weeks later and the same issue is happening with the PC. Now I have to send the whole PC in. Currently out over $2000 on this thing and its been in an unplayable state for half the time I've owned it. Going to be another month in a half before I get it back.

I7 12700kf - $275, 3070ti - $800, 16gb ddr4 - $50, 1tb nvme ssd - $90. My point, do the math. What about this is worth another $1000?

I just purchased this amazing gaming pc as my first one and it is such a beautiful looking computer and it was so easy to set up.

The Water cooler lines on some builds are wrong. You need the hoses to be on the bottom not on the top. If the lines are on the top there is a change of air getting stuck in the radiator and taking away from your cooling potential.

Great Custom PC. Amazing deal for a 12th gen i7 and 3070ti with liquid cooling. The case has wonderful air flow and ready for customization and upgrades with great looking RGB already installed.
