    If you're a fan of the director like me, this is the disc with the best picture quality of the two on the market. Insane film.

    This one is pretty dark and messed up. I enjoyed it for what it is but definitely not for everyone

    Extremely violent. Not for the faint of heart brutal scenes in this movie is not for everyone if you like mayhem and ultraviolence then maybe this is for you.

    Ichi is a trendsetter and does a wonderful job for introducing people to slightly left of center asian cinema

    Just like all of Takashi Miike's films, they are very gritty and intense but that is what makes his films enjoyable. If you don't mind reading subtitles then definitely get this movie, because it is awesome!

    While being Takashi Miike's most well-known film, this could quite possibly be his best too. A hyper stylized and violent gangster epic that is not for the squeamish.

    I love this crazy movie it’s not for everyone. The restoration is great and a huge improvement over the old blu ray.
