Great easy to use Brewer. Works with soft water and is very reliable. You can use ANY single use k cup, unlike the new Keurig.

I have gone through 3 Keurigs. The pump always goes out, it's cheaply made and the last (2.0) I bought lasted 1 week. I tried to return it and Keurig Customer Service had me clean it. The short version is that I went through round and round with Keurig until FINALLY the warranty expired. Now this guy... the iCoffee. The coffee is hotter. It is very quiet...very quiet. You can dial in how large a cup you want which is amazing. Some days I want a strong cup at 6 ounces, some days I want a big cup at 12 oz. You can dial in .5 increments. Very smart. You can use ANY K-cup. ANY. It does not have to be Keurig approved. It is very well made. My only issue is that when you pull a used cup out, quite a bit of water drips out. I would buy this again and again, but I don't think I will have to because it's so well made.

Having used a Chemex for years, for the holidays with guests coming, I began looking for a single cup brewer. I have heard lots of complaints about Keurig, so I read a lot of reviews and decided to give the iCoffee Mozart a try. It's a great single cup brewer and I love the fact you can use all kinds of pods as well as your own coffee! Have seen from some reviews that some have been defective, but all reviews I have read have relayed stories of excellent customer service from iCoffee. This means a lot. Love the adjustable strength option. Simple to use. Now, just experimenting to find which coffee we like the best! Nice big water tank, no extra filters to buy -- very nice, iCoffee!!

I dithered for a long time before buying a single serving coffeemaker and I read reviews for the various models. After reading positive reviews for the iCoffee machine, I got off the fence and ordered it. I have not regretted it! The wide range of water selections in half-ounce increments lets me select just the right amount for the strength I prefer. The water heats quickly and I have a cup of coffee in less than a minute. The power saver button is an excellent feature. I worried about all the plastic pods being added to landfills, but I've found two brands of coffee that use biodegradable pods. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

In the last 2 years I have had to replace 4 "K" machines under warranty... I saw this Mozart machine at Best Buy, did some research & bought one. the coffee is hotter with a richer taste. you can dial up any size between 4-12 oz in 1/2 oz. increments & it even comes with a filter basket to use your own coffee.. which tastes pretty good as well. This machine takes any size pod & it works great.. I have been using it for 2 months now & I am very happy with it

I had purchased a kuerig k cup brewer and liked it but within a year the pump was making noises did not want to deal with repairs so I bought the new 2.0 that was a mistake you can't use any brand coffee you want and there was no reusable cup then the adjustable piece for the carafe broke. The iCoffee brewer is a better brewer and the reusable filter works great wish I would have bought this brewer first

After researching and reading all the reviews among the single cup brewers with a reservoir, we felt this one was the best one available. I am happy to say we couldn't be more pleased ! Everything claimed was as advertised and more. It heats quickly , the water injection system works better than expected ( haven't been able to get a bitter cup of coffee out of it yet ).

Very good machine . Very universal. Heats and serves a cup in under 2 minutes from off. Instead of having to adjust the coffee to you. You can adjust the machine to you. Very good flavor lights up blue.

I like the options of being able to change the cup size. Also you have options to the type of pods that you use. It is a little slower than the Keurig, but not enough to give it a poor rating.

I have had a Keurig since the first day they came out. This iCoffee Mozart is SIGNIFICANTLY far better! It is a new machine and has UNBELIEVABLE features. It uses all K-Cup brands and actually "SPINS" the coffee in the pod while it is brewing so that the full flavor comes through! The BEST CUP OF COFFEE EVER!

    Dependable coffee in the mornings

the reason I bought this coffee maker was because my husband likes one cup of decaf in the morning and I have one cup of regular. If we were heavier coffee drinkers or drank the same kind of coffee and big pot maker would be a better economical choice. The thing that I liked the most about this maker was you don't need to buy a special type of Kcup like the new krupps makers. I have had it now for a few months and have had company so saw that it can handle without issues multiple cups of coffee made one right after the others. I like how it looks and works. Great buy!

My husband and I don't like the same coffee flavors. He is a no frills coffee brand drinker who adds sugar and cream, and I drink my coffee black and actually prefer some flavor in the coffee. This coffee maker lets us both drink what we want and its empty k-cup unit lets us use regular ground coffee, vs. the more expensive k-cups. And, this is a lot easier to clean and set up than our old carafe coffee maker. I love the on demand aspect and have become an afternoon tea drinker because of it.

I’ve used the Mozart, for a few months and have been completely satisfied, takes a bit longer to warm up and I do miss the programmable features of the competition, but does make a better cup of coffee.

There are many Keurig Coffee products in the stores now but they are not compatible with the new Keurig 2 Machines. I was so happy to find a fantastic coffee maker that can handle the Keurig products that flooded the stores. It works great and it is inexpensive as well. I highly recommend this product.

After going through two Keurings that self destructed before their time, I bought the Mr. Coffee. I like the way you can control the number of ounces dispensed, the ability to use any brand of k-cup, and the cool blue light emanating from the water storage unit that is bright enough to see by in the dark. Time will tell as to whether this unit lasts or not, but so far so good...
