Works but a little tricky to get use to the operation. Once you get it though it's a good product.

i didn't like this at all. It wasn't explained well at the store nor did the manual do any good. It is written in several languages and i couldn't get any answers from any one of them...

This device doesn't do much well. It inaccurately displays calories burned, steps, and distance.

The Charge HR is better than the regular Charge because of the band. I wore the Charge for less than one day and lost the thing. I had no idea it fell off. The Charge HR has a clasp and other parts to maintain that it doesn't fall off. Don't waste your money on the Charge. You will be disappointed. Go for the immediate upgrade. Its worth the money to make sure it isn't lost.

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he loves it! It's easy to use and will be great with the other products available along these lines, which he plans on purchasing.

Got Two Defective Units from Two Different Stores

I bought one of these despite many reviews talking about the many problems with these fitness trackers. I thought people were just being dramatic, thinking that it couldn't be that bad. My god, was I wrong. I bought one, tried to set it up with the exact, detailed instructions that I found online. I had a supported phone, I had the correct version of the company's app, I let the device charge for 4 hours, as the company said was necessary, followed all of the instructions on pairing over bluetooth and nothing. I never got beyond an endless looping screen that said "rollback". The phone never recognized the unit and it never seemed to actually hold a charge. I went online and found out the endless rollback loop means the unit is defective. So I went to a different best buy, in a different town, and exchanged my defective unit for another, brand new iHealth Edge. Same exact thing as the first. Endless "rollback" loop. Never even came close to getting the thing to even turn on. Turns out, one of my friends, half way across the country, bought one of these things recently and guess what, the same problem. She never got beyond the endless loop saying "rollback". She actually tried emailing the company about hers and they told her to call their customer service phone number. She tried several times, no one ever answered the phone. Researching online, you will find that a massive number of these watches are defective and flat out do not work. And the company always has the same response, call the customer service number and no one ever answers. This has been an ongoing issue for 6 months, since the first day this product was released and they have never done anything to fix the problem or even stop selling the broken units. The reviews are right. Most of these watches are completely broken and will not work no matter what you try. Avoid the aggravation and wasted time. Buy anything else over this garbage.

Works great with my iPad (no problem sync every time) but always has issue to sync with my galaxy note 3. I believe it has something to do with ihealth 2.0 app for Andriod. Great little device!

    Good Tracker - Great Value

This tracker has all the standard function with some cool new features. It tracks steps, distance, calories burned and sleep efficiency. But it beats other trackers because it automatically flips back and forth between sleep and activity mode. It also allows you to see the results immediately with just a turn of your wrist. I like the fact that I can wear on my wrist as a watch or clip to my waist. Great price.

Tried for 2 hours to sync w iPhone 6. It cannot be done. I downloaded the newest app. An iPhone will not recognize the device no matter what you do. Got it for Christmas. Taking it back tomorrow.

good activity tracker and its waterproof. Only downside is it is not compatible with original iHealth app, must use 2.0 version which is not as user friendly as the old app
