This is an overall good product. This produc is a good size. It allows you to have more space on whatever surface you put it on, being that it is an Ipod player, charger and alarm clock all in one. It is perfect for the bedroom. Only negative is that I would not consider its highest level of volume to be very loud.

Bought this after January, has worked fine until now. will charge my Ipod but will no longer play the songs/books. I already have an alarm clock - I wanted it for the playing capabilities NOT alarm clock. hopefully I can find the box and return it tomorrow.

So I decided to buy the name brand Ipod dock by Ihome, because when I bought the generic version, the speakers blew. So I take it home, and the first thing I notice when I open the box, is an ad for the remote for the alarm clock/ dock. So no, there is no remote to come with it, ok I can deal with that, but guess what? There are no buttons on the device for you, to skip a song, go back to a song, repeat, nothing, just a pause/play button. So everytime I want to hear the next song, I have to use the Ipod itself. That's not even the worst of it, the sound is sooo low. I swear I couldn't believe it when I was listening to it, it sounded so faint and dull, so I turned it up to max, and noticed little difference. So, to me, this is nothing more than an overpriced alarm clock, rather than an alarm clock/ stereo.

i got this for christmas and i really liked it at first but it really isnt worth buying.. i guess its supposed to charge your iPod but it doesnt charge mine. sometimes the alarm sets itself too. also ive been having trouble with it randomly disconnecting itself in the middle of a song and i have to press play again

I really liked the size of this alarm clock. Most of the others are too large for my nightstand, so this one was really appealing. I also liked that it folded into itself which is ideal for travel. However, the same button operates the light on the actual time and the snooze. So, at 5:00 in the morning if I want to see the time, I also have to hit the snooze button - which kind of takes away from the whole listen to your music at a gradual increase in sound while you are waking up There is no remote, which is no big deal for me, but I was a little irritated by the fact that you can order one for only $20.00 by calling or utilizing their website. Not cool. It's an expensive alarm clock, and then an extra charge for a remote that has to be sent away for? I am not happy with this model. The buttons are not feasible for when waking up. I really liked the size of it though. Very compact and attractive product. Just not good for an alarm clock.

Ok, first of all, this is an alarm clock for the iPod! Not a boom box, nor a home theater sound system (don't expect ultra loud sound or a lot of features). It looks stylish, very portable, and for its size the sound is just great.

Not very happy that I thought that I was getting a deal, when I could have gotten more features for the same price elsewhere.

Plugged it in to see what it sounded like before giving it as a gift. Glad we did because it did not work at all!!! Wouldn' t that be a terrible gift! Returned it to the store. No questions asked about the return

I really like this iHome because it's small but powerful and totally worth the price. If your looking for something to play while your in the car it doesn't come with an adaptor but you CAN buy one. Overall, I say go buy this iHome! It's great.
