Very loud alarm. Plenty of choices for alarm sound. USB connection charges my phone quick. Different lights for night. Good quality AM and FM sound. No issue with Bluetooth.

I purchased my iHome because I thought having the motion lights would be fun and this purchase did not disappoint. You are able to download an app and control the lights. It’s so much fun. I imagine what this would bring to a party. Easy to use. The sound is just what I need. I’m very happy with my purchase!

I love how I can be listening to music and answer a call without having to use my phone. Very nice sound and small so it doesnt get in my way.

Totally worth the price. I set the alarm to play a radio station and the white light to come on. The light slowly comes on from dim to bright, then a minute later the music comes on low and increases in volume. I also like that the radio stations are digital and there are many options to choose for the light color. The sound is so loud, so I keep the volume only half way. The alarm automatically turns off after an hour and it has a battery back-up. I would definitely recommend this alarm clock.

I was looking for something with radio and Bluetooth capabilities so I could listen to my favorite morning radio show and then switch easily to my own music afterwards during the work day. This is perfect! It has decent sound quality for what I needed, because I didn’t want something super loud (the fancy speakers with the heavy bass capabilities don’t mesh well with apartment living). I love how easy it is to operate and the changing colors are a nice touch too. Very pleased!

I like this alarm clock. You are able to control it through the ihome app. You can change the color of it, set an alarm from it, listen to the radio or connect it to your phone and listen to music that way.

I bought this clock because I was tired of clock radios that were huge or either too bright or too dim to use; it serves that function well. The size is perfect next to the bed, easy to read, just the right amount of light to be visible without waking me up, and easy to control. I must admit I thought waking up to a light was gimmicky but I find the range of light is nice and will often wake me up 5 minutes before the music. This allows me to turn off the alarm before it goes off resulting in not waking up my wife. The only drawback I found is it took me a while to figure out how to set everything I wanted in my alarm; light, music, and correct volume. That said, once I got it figured out it seems intuitive. I also have not figured out how to get volume when I hit snooze, I only get the light. For me this isn't a problem but it might for someone who falls back asleep after hitting snooze.

So here's the dealio with this thing. It sounds a lot better than most iHome speakers at the price point. This is surprising since this isn't even a dedicated speaker. It serves as a lamp and an alarm/radio as well. As a speaker, it does pretty well. It's not the loudest, but I didn't expect it to. I am surprised to find that this has some semblance of a bass system. While certainly not a subwoofer, this device actually had more bass compared to the tinny sounds of the iHome portable speakers. This is definitely a plus, as this was my main worry for the device when buying it. (Like I said, I took a gamble with the device, since there was no demo for it.) As an alarm, it does well. The dual alarm system works great, since I really don't expect myself to wake up on the first alarm. (I know I'm not the only one who does that.) As a lamp, it really depends. It's not the brightest, but the color changes are vivid. I didn't expect the thing to be that bright either, since I'm not using it to read or anything, just as a night light. Personally I use the wave effect with red and green. The biggest issue I had is with the Bluetooth connection. The signal is not that great, and this is what detracts that perfect 5 stars. After about 2 hours of fiddling with the item and my phone, I finally got it to connect for the first time. (yes, 2 hours. Was very close to returning it at some points) however, afterwards it had no future problems connecting. Please try to connect to the item for at least 2 hours before returning it. The app worked perfectly for me, but it may have compatibility issues with other phones. It worked fine for me, despite the ratings, but it may not work for you. Make sure you try out the app before buying this item. Good sound, good colors, subpar Bluetooth connection, TLDR: The clock is good. Make sure the app works on your phone first

I replaced my 30 year old GE clock radio with this iHome one. The radio reception had gotten too poor on the old beloved one. I had a tough time figuring out the set up on the new one, but I finally did it! The radio has a good sound and I love the changing colors on the light. The buttons on it are not easy to read--black on black lettering, but I know where the "off" button is located, so I don't need to read it to shut off the radio. I also don't change the alarm times on this one since I was challenged to get them set. For someone who is a pro at technology, none of this would matter. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Great gift I got for my birthday. I have it in my room. I need glasses to make out bright numbers/ tell time. This clock/radio wireless iPhone device works great. I can see the numbers without my glasses. Numbers don’t appear blurry even when I just wake. Sound is great. My husband is a bit annoyed by the brightness of the colors, I personally love it. There is an option to turn off the bright colors. My teenage kids often take to their room. Great gift for me.

I have to updated version as from my understanding some if these reviews are from the previous version. The alarm us awesome and super pretty. The buttons took a moment to get use to but not bad. The speaker quality when I hooked up Bluetooth was great and got some good volume on it specially for an alarm. My one and only complaint is the tone options for alarm are kinda bleh but will wake ya up still.

We bought both our boys one for Christmas!! They are great radio, clock and alarm. Our boys love the changing lights!

I got this clock radio for my 10 year old grandson for Christmas. Just before Christmas, he had decided he really wanted a clock in his room. He also loves music. This clock radio fit the bill perfectly. He can set it himself to wake him up in the morning for school. He can listen to music to go to sleep. He loves the fact that it changes colors too. It is all around a great little clock radio for any age.

I love the look of the clock, the ease of setting it up, and its functions. However, the alarm is not customizable, in that you can choose one of three settings. I chose 5 day because I currently have a Mon-Fri schedule, but if I were working a split schedule, I would have to use the second alarm, set it for two days( the weekend setting, and switch between. Also it does not appear that you can shut it off once it’s programmed for a day. On days I’m up before the alarm, it still pops on while I’m getting ready. Even though I turned it off. I like the bluetooth functions to stream your music or take a phone call, but haven’t quite got the call pickup figured out.
