I have bought other Bluetooth speakers and have had them die in 6 months not wanting to spend $50 - 100 on something that won't last. This is holding up well

Good product for the price

I gave it 4 stars because the only downside is that if you go far away from the speaker it disconnects and you have to turn off and back on to be able to reconnect.

Easy set-up

He was able to get paired with his phone with no problems. We bought it so he would have better sound while streaming his granddaughters basketball games.

After checking available models on a display we found this one and still be happy with such purchase (nice price for the quality we were looking for).

I'd say 9/10 times it doesn't work. I've looked online to see how to resolve this but nothing helps. Other than that, the sound quality is great once you can get it to connect.

Posted .1. Press and hold the Power Button on the speaker to turn the speaker on.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth Pairing Button for 2 seconds. The Status
LED will flash blue quickly and a tone will sound as the speaker attempts to pair
with a Bluetooth device.
3. Place your audio device in Bluetooth mode (look in the device’s Settings or
Tools menu) and make it “discoverable”. “iHome iBT56” should appear on your
device’s Bluetooth menu. Select it to connect.
If your device asks for a
passcode, enter ‘1234’.
• Once paired, the LED will glow solid blue and a confirmation tone will sound.
You can then stream audio to the speaker. If pairing is not successful, turn the
power off on the speaker and repeat steps 1-3.
To reset/clear Bluetooth, press
and hold the Bluetooth Button for 10 seconds.
4. To listen to Bluetooth audio, make sure the speaker is on. Press the – /+
Buttons to control volume. Control track navigation and menus from your device.
Press the Power Button to turn off the speaker after listening
