The volume sucks to be honest; my iPhone is louder than this speaker. Waste of my money. A month has gone by and haven’t used it more than 5xs and the wireless connectivity doesn’t even work anymore! I was very disappointed and was expecting more from this product/brand.

Posted .Mich, we understand your disappointment. Make sure the speaker is fully charged. A low battery could cause audio distortion and Bluetooth connection problems.
1. Forget/Unpair the iBT58 from your phone.
2. Restart the phone.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds on the unit until you hear a beep.
4. Re-pair the unit to your phone and you should be all set. The phone must be within 30 feet of the unit in order for the Bluetooth to stay connected.
5. Remember to increase the volume with the controls on your phone.

If you increased the volume on the phone/tablet, you increase the volume on the unit. We hope you will give our products another chance in the near future.
