Posted .If the initial charge was 4-6 hours while powered off, the battery should last. The higher the volume and the longer the lights are being used, the faster the battery will be exhausted.

1. Make sure the speaker is fully charged, 4-6 hrs (do not over charge).
2. Unpair/Forget the speaker from your phone.
3. Switch the power switch on the bottom on to off, then back to on.
4. Press & hold the - & + buttons for 10 to 15 seconds until you hear a beep.
5. Restart your phone/connected device
6. Re-pair and speaker should work properly.

Within a couple of hours of using it for the 1st time it started to static, I tried shutting it off/on but that did not help. Also it does not turn on unless its plugged to an outlet. Some days it works some days it doesn't. I would never recommend this product to anyone, save your money!!!

Posted .The iBT74 is not retailed at $80. For that price there should have been two in your purchase order. Prior to using the speaker, it must be charged for 4-6 hours to maximize battery life. Distorted audio can mean the speaker needs to be charged or re-establish bluetooth connection. Simply press and hold the + and - button at the same time until you hear a beep. Restart your mobile device and then re-pair. You should be all set.

Press and hold the Color Mode Button when unit is ON but not charging to enter Battery Review Mode. The cabinet lights will blink and built-in voice will announce the current battery level.
