When running on the battery it doesn't last long as described by other reviewers. Leave it plugged in by your nightstand and use it as a speaker and a nightlight.

Posted .The iBT81 was not manufactured to be a nightlight. This portable speaker is made to travel on the go. The longer the lights are on, the faster the battery will be depleted. Thank you for your input. We appreciate honest feedback.
