I am still learning how to work my Alarm Clock. I like the dual alarms but wish it had more options of tones. The charging feature works great with my Samsung Galaxy S10 Note and earbuds. This has allowed me to remove the other charging devised from my bedside table.

Wireless charging and clock work great but the speakers in this are not great. You can almost play your phone louder without connecting to it with bluetooth. Speaker quality is also pretty low.

Pros: Does everything that is needed. Clean look and not much of a space hog. Cons: very particular about where items can be placed to charge; doesn’t interface with the iHome app; volume buttons are not easy to identify without looking.

I purchased this iHome Alarm Clock from BestBuy because I was in need of a Replacement Alarm Clock because I am a Retired Disabled Veteran and hard of Hearing and my old Clock was just not loud enough. The BestBuy Manager gave me $30 off the Price of the currently Discounted Price of this Alarm Clock which was a Total Savings of almost $50.00 because the Original Price was almost $100.00. So I figured I was being given a good deal especially after being told that this Alarm Clock was extremely LOUD for the Alarms. I was also told I could charge my iPhone on this model. However one thing I was concerned about is the built in Microphone and having my conversations being recorded without my permission or knowledge. The BestBuy Salesman told me it did not have a Microphone. That it works on my phone and on Bluetooth. But after I got home and read the instructions and manual I found out that the Salesman had NO idea what he was talking about, because this product does have a built in Microphone and is Capable of listening to everything and recording everything without you ever knowing it. The Alarm also is NOT loud and has ONLY 4 options that has Tone Sounds. Which is extremely disappointing. Especially after paying this much for an Alarm Clock. Over All it is a Glorified Phone Charger that tells time. You are better off just setting your actual Alarm that is on your phone because that is what you will end up doing anyway with this. Oh and yes it does have a wireless charging option that is on top of the Alarm Clock but I have an iPhone 7Plus and I actually told this to the BestBuy Salesman and he told me that I would be able to use this to charge my iPhone 7Plus Wirelessly. Well, let me just say that what he told me was a bold face lie. I even tried everything for over 2 hours without a case and every possible position and then I actually did some research and found that an iPhone 7Plus does not change Wirelessly. So basically buy this at your own risk and do your research before you buy anything and NEVER believe anything that anyone tells you, especially a Salesman. Even if they Say they specialize in a certain department or field at BestBuy or even Geek Squad. In the end you only have yourself to TRUST and blame for your actions and decisions you make.

This was the second piece of iHome devices we have purchased. both have been clocks. The most recent purchase havingnandocking station for an iPhone. everything is working well

My current phone is not compatible with the wireless charge. I have a big family and none of their phones are compatible either. Even tho I cant use the wireless charger the other features are great.
