We apologize for your experience and are here to help. These headphones use Bluetooth version 5. Please check the compatibility specs of your iPad model. The Power/Charging/Pairing indicator will glow RED while the headphone is charging. The indicator will turn off when the battery is fully charged.

I purchased these yesterday and I couldn't be happier. They work great and the sound is better than Skullcandy or Beats. In fact, I would dare say it is almost comparable to the BOSE wireless headphones. In fact, my wife purchased a pair of BOSE headphones while I bought these and they both have noise cancellation, charging cables, and aux cables. Both work well with Google assistant and Siri. I love these more because they represent Captain America and the stars on the headphones can pulse to the beat of your music. All and all I highly recommend them. Great sound, plenty of features, all around great value.

I love it! The best gift I could have given my son. However I lost one of the ear pads and can’t seem to find a replace part for it or at least the measurements to try to find one if someone could please shine some light of information my way it would be great!
