Great machine. My daughter has no problem using it and is on it everyday.

Young kids will have a great time with it but it's not a very good.

This product was not a good solution for us as the microphones never really worked.

My eight yr old got this for xmas. Has great sound with or without music. You have to hold mic really close to mouth. The bluetooth feature works great. Was easy to setup. Haven't used the karaoke cds yet just reg cds so dont no about that feature and also havent used with another mic yet. My daughter has really enjoyed it so far. It is also light weight and a nice size for kids. The light show gives the small box character.

I LOVE karaoke. My parents had a system that used chips, but someone borrowed them and lost them. I got this system so we could all use it as a family. Hooked it all up and it was super easy! YAY, right? No. I am a fairly good singer and it barely transmits the sound from the mic to the speakers (t.v. or machine) loud enough unless you are screaming. It sounds fuzzy, echos, and pretty much sounds awful. My mom even said "You sing really well, but that doesn't sound like you at all." Could not get it to stop echoing or delaying no matter what. The CDs I bought to go with it were also a bit of a let down. I am taking it all back tomorrow and getting "The Karaoke Channel" which I can use on PC, LG tv as an app, or through XBOX.

CD player quit working just after warranty expired. Trying again with another brand machine this year. Hope it lasts longer than this one did.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. Set up was easy and we had it up and running quickly. After 10 minutes the Bluetooth stopped connecting to the machine so no music would play. Then tried the CD and that didn't work either. Called customer support and went through a routine set of questions geared towards a fifth grader which at the end proved to the person on the other end of the line that the product was faulty. Here's the best part - if I paid the postage I would get a replacement sent back - what a deal - aren't I off my head with joy! I'll take it back to Best Buy. The Best buy people are generally some of the best in retail service.
