I was extremely skeptical at first when purchasing the iLive item. I had never heard of the brand and was prepared to return it if I was not satisfied. I still own it, listen to it every morning and use the Bluetooth pairing with my Ipod Touch while cooking. The unit is sleek, narrow, flush to the bottom of cabinet, gets great radio reception (has a long flexible plastic encased wire for the antenna) and has decent sound. I can control the sound level directly from my Ipod. If you are looking for "thunder" base and high quality sound this is not for you. I wanted to free up some counter space with an old boombox CD player and the iLive unit was a perfect solution. Cons: No CD player, searching for a pre-programmed radio station is a pain (you must hit one button several times to scroll to the next station) and no remote.

Price was decent only because I had to use my $10 coupon. Otherwise Overpriced. Bad reception, even when tuning into a close by and strong channel. Wires are hard to hide so looks trashy. Have to go through Memory channel 1-20 one by one just to get to the one I want. When the signal/station isn't full of static, the sound is decent for a kitchen radio. Bluetooth is hard to pair, even with my iPhone right next to it. Would not really had bought it if I knew these things. Impulse buy. Probably gonna stick it somewhere appearance isn't much of a concern, like the garage.

We have a small kitchen and usually use our phones for music. This under the counter is great. We can keep our phones off the counter tops but still use the Bluetooth if we want to use our music or just the radio. Comes in very clear, which I was worried about after seeing other reviews. The backlit display is nice as well so we can see the time even in the other room. There is even a little light that lights up the counter top so if you are doing something under it, it is well lit. Bright enough to get drinks at night without lighting up the whole kitchen.

Sound is surprising. bluetooth is a must in the house. clock is hard to set. when mounted lower than eye level, Display is hard to read.

Radio was very easy to install. Connecting phone to the Bluetooth was very easy also. Overall a very sounding radio for the money.

I like this unit for its size, sound, easy to set. I found it real easy to install, and simple to use. The sound is good for a small radio, plus it is blue tooth. It is easy to pair your smartphone to create your own sound.

I bought this radio because you can connect your ipod and stream w/Bluetooth! Also has a small light under to light up your counter. Altho it's not as bright as I wanted, it does the job!

For the price this is a good radio for under the cabinet, which is something hard to find these days with everything going blue tooth speaker and such. Not bad reception and good sound, again for the price. Maybe the buttons are a little small as read in other reviews but.... i don't think you'd find a better deal for the money spent!

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she enjoys it. She likes the Bluetooth connectivity and it's modest size. The only drawback is that the tuner is push button and not a dial but that is just my preference. It would be nice to see a CD tray but for the price I understand the absence of one.

Bought this as a gift for my mom since her old one broke. Very clear sound and smaller than her previous radios! Only gave it 4 stars because the quality of speaking over phone with Bluetooth isn't always clear. However, the music is crystal clear.

This is one of the TWO under-counter radios offered at Best Buy. We have the other more expensive one, which has no antenna and horrible radio reception. THIS ONE, which is CHEAPER, sounds great and picks up all the radio stations we listen to. It is now installed where the old one used to be. It does NOT OFFER Presets so I can preset my radio stations. This is the only poor mark I can give this unit. The built-in under-counter lamp is helpful, but they could have saved the money spent on that feature to provide preset buttons.

Love this radio! Sounds great and gets great reception on all FM channels!!! It mounts right under the cabinets and doesn't take up much space! The nightlight is a plus too!

A good product that integrates seamlessly with my iPad, iPod, iPhone 4, iPhone 5S, Nexus 5 and with good sound quality, it is awesome. I can tune into local radio stations for local news and weather in the morning and it picks up my stations great! The sound is much better than expected and even the blue tooth works like a champ.

Looks and works great. Good little system. Bluetooth worked well after messing around with it. Other family members wanted one!

Easy to install but instructions were vague. The switches are very small, words are very small and are very hard to read without getting very close to it. The Clock is hard to read. When the radio is on the clock goes away. It would be nice to toggle between the station and the clock. This unit is adequate for the price. There is a lot of improvements needed to make it better and more user friendly.

The speaker has great quality and is easily installed.

This unit is less than half the size of my old one. It has a great sound and the bluetooth works well. It is easy to mount if you are ok to drill a few holes. There are too many presets, I wish it would only go through the ones you program. Otherwise a great product at a great price.

Great radio, takes less space than average radios. The fact that has bluetooth compatibility with most wireless connectivity devices is a plus and for the price. Its a great deal packs a punch of sound despite its size.
