    The USB cord easily falls out of the charging station. It does not seem to stay in place. Not sure if this is defect.

    This thing blows. My iPhone 8 Plus does not fit on it right so doesn’t charge.

      Dondo311, We're sorry you're having trouble with charging. Be sure to remove the thin plastic cover around the charging pad that exposes the rubber ring. This will allow your device to sit better on the pad and charge. Also, please note your device may not charge in all positions (landscape/portrait) depending on where the charging coils are located. Try placing your device in a few different positions to find the best way to charge.
