    The quality control is non-existent. The first ring wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. So, I exchanged it for a second ring. The website says "the battery lasts 7 days under heavy conditions and 15 days under normal use." I have had this second ring less than two weeks, and I've had to charge it every 4 - 5 days under normal use (no continuous or frequent monitoring). I tried to contact the company directly to ask if the website was vastly overstating battery life or if the ring was defective, but the company skirted my request, and refused to answer. I'm thinking of trying to exchange it one last time, then I will give up and try a different company.
