I'm glad I bought it & would buy it again. I do put some high heat cooking oil in the bottom of the insert & I have seasoned the insert, but the rice will lightly brown some on the bottom. But it's fine for me; I like the lightly browned part as well. I'm mentioning it for if someone doesn't want that. I really like this rice cooker. Thank you Imusa & Best Buy!

It is very easy to use. Also it is very easy to clean. When it is time to serve the rice, it is very easy because nothing gets stuck in the bottom. The rice comes out Fluffy. I love this product.
