    I would give negative stars if I could

    It is 12:15 pm. I have been on the phone since 9am trying to get help with this in home printer connection/troubleshooting thing. Now no one in the GS has any idea what this is that I supposedly paid for, as "we don't have any products at that price point we can't even figure out what you bought.". Then I finally (lost count of the # of people I have been put on hold by) talked with someone in downloads who says that the order is non-refundable. WHAT DOWNLOADS?! GEEZUS. DO NOT use this service via the internet. Its a s*#% show.

    Difficult to Schedule

    This review is for just the ordering process. I'll update after they show up (if they do - I am giving it 50/50 chance). I ordered online, they sent an email with a code and instructions to go to Geek Squad chat. I gave them the code and that I wanted to schedule the service. After 10 minutes of chat, they gave up and said to call Geek Squad. I did that, the person on the phone was unfamiliar with the process but after another 10 minutes, got it scheduled but the price was $107.99 instead of 79.99. She said the technician that comes out will "zero it out". We'll see.

    I ordered online an in-home printer set-up. When ordering, I provided the address at which the set-up would occur. They charged my credit card and sent me an email to call to set up the appointment. When I called, I was told they don't provide in-home service in my area. It then took half an hour of being passed from department to department to argue for getting a refund as they tell me the online purchase is nonrefundable. How hard is it to not sell the service if you don't service that area??

      Hi cindy – Thank you very much for letting us know about this gap in our service. We do offer the service anywhere a customer can get internet because of the remote service option. Having a warning when the service falls outside of where we can physically get an Agent is defiantly a good idea, though. We really appreciate your feedback.
