And sure enough they has just what I was looking for. This Incase-Carry Zip Briefcase is light weight yet sturdy and It's just perfect!

The perfect carrying case for laptops.

The laptop fits perfectly in this case and the padding on the sides keep it well protected. I love the side pocket with the zipper. I can place my iPad and also my iPhone if I want in the side pocket and know that they are also well secured with padding and nothing will fall out. I only wish there was a way to secure a shoulder strap to this carrying case but all in all it is perfect for when I travel.

It fits his Apple computer and charger. That's all he needs. He didn't want anything too bulky and big. He throws this in his backpack and it fits perfect with his other books and and workout gear.
