The only thing about the case when I got home notice it was damaged but I didn’t want to go to the store and return bcuz it’s a Sri e for me to go to Best Buy

I'm disappointed in the hardshell case. I purchased several of this same type last year for staff. One year later all of them have cracks and broken pieces off of them. I bought this one again only because someone asked for a replacement because they like the blush pink color. However, all of the colors in the hard case that I bought last year have easily broken. When a small piece breaks off, it leaves a sharp broken plastic that actually cut my arm while typing. They aren't cheap and should last longer than they do.

Initial impressions, were that it attached okay after some fiddling, but never seemed terribly secure or protective. It looked nice, so we were happy enough, but less than a year later the corners are cracked and the bottom falls off. This was adult used by a very conscientious individual that never abuses her things. It was also not carried in a bag or backpack as it was typically only used in the house.

My computer get stuck and is hard to open! And when it is open it don’t fit it looks wonky and to large.

This is a good product with a premium feel but I find it closing the vents of my MacBook when open and it's because of it, it tends to heat up more.

The 2020 MacBook is slightly bigger than the previous versions so it will not fit the bottom of the laptop

The case did not fit the computer. It was a hair off but enough to not fit. Would not recommend.

Good protector to keep this safe especially college students who can be careless

Very flimsy and cheap material doesn’t even fit properly

I really wanted to love this cover. I loved the look of it. I was disappointed that it did not fit my 2020 13.3" MacBook Pro. It says it's supposed to fit, but Incase got this one wrong. I went to the store to have the associate try. No luck. We tried every case for this laptop to no avail. I received one on Amazon for 1/10th of the price that fits great.

The bottom of the case didn’t snap to the mac-returned
