    Hard Plastic (not soft rubber). Snapped right in place over my 14" MacBook Pro, looks decent. Time will tell how well it holds up.

  • Disappointed and Overpriced - Not Worth the Hype

    First off, The material feels cheap and flimsy for the price. It’s supposed to be a hardshell case, but it feels more like thin plastic that could crack under minimal pressure. I expected something sturdy and durable, but this feels like it would shatter if I accidentally dropped my laptop. The "Dot" texture is supposed to add grip, but it’s more of a gimmick than a functional feature—it doesn’t prevent slipping at all. Lastly, the price is outrageous for what you’re getting. This case costs way more than other brands on the market, and yet it offers inferior quality and functionality. Save your money and look elsewhere—there are far better options out there that actually protect your MacBook without compromising its performance. Overall, I regret buying the Incase Hardshell Dot Case. It’s overpriced, poorly designed, and doesn’t live up to its promises. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    Good quality case, so far it has held up. I carry it around it my backpack and have yet to see a scratch on the case.

    I found this case to be a waste of money, if you need instructions (which weren't provided), to install hardshell case around your laptop, then this case is for you. The case did not secure, almost as if it was not sized appropriately to fit my Mac Book.
