The case did not secure, almost as if it was not sized appropriately to fit my Mac Book.

Case cracked after 3 months

During my visit to the Apple store, the representative informed me that repairing it would come with a minimum price tag of $750, with the possibility of additional costs. Despite their inability to pinpoint the exact issue, they couldn't offer any reassurance regarding further repair expenses, citing "Unfortunately he is not owner of the product" lack of ownership of the product. Their detachment from the specific product incase of failure. I guess it is a luck factor. If it works it works otherwise you have to hear same words from Apple. "Unfortunate". Best of luck for your purchase.
