It’s a phone case. It does what it’s supposed to do

Mom loves this case! Perfect for her new Samsung J7.

It's different from what I'm used to,but i do like it

I like it's appearance, but it feels slippery in your hands, and there is zero protection for your display screen, so I'm constantly nervous about it being damaged. It works well, but would be perfect if it had a frame for the Screen so it kept it protected from any direct impacts.. Will be buying an Otter Box.

The case covered the ringing hole, and missed a lot of calls! Even at full volume couldn't hear it! With speaker on still had to hold it next to my ear to hear at full volume! Bought another brand case and works perfectly. I thought there was a problem with the phone but it was the case all the time!

This case was not of good quality. It broke very easily.

case is ok - would spend more money for a better one

Bought this through local store since they were sold out of them and wish i hadn't bought it not very protective for this phone no screen protector cheap layer of plastic holds it all together

This case has no provisions for the speaker or mic. If you plan to use the hands free or listen to music, this case isn't for you.

The case is hard to get in the right spot to press the buttons. Speaker on phone is on the side, case covers the speaker.

I didn't like this case and eventually replaced it. It's very heavy and other shockproof cases are better.

case didn't protect my phone. fell and broke screen

I bought this case thinking it would protect my phone, but it didn't. If your phone drops it has no protection to keep it safe it will fall out since the case doesn't fit properly and it's very thin gel type of case.

the case is not cut correctly it covers the mic and you can not be heard, I've tried multiple cases and there all the same, there seems to be a manufacture issue with this case, do not buy it....

This product was to fit a Samsung J7 and there was no cut out for the microphone. It is worthless to me and defective

Yep didn't fit, bought the case and it was to small, and cases for thisand their next to impossible to find.

Bought this based on looks, does not fit properly on the phone.

The good news is that my phone is ok. The bad news is that the so called hard shell.is broken. The top left corner is chipped off and 3/4 of the right side is gone. I bought this last Oct so it's 6 mos old. I came on line to.check on the warranty. The problem is that it is only one of 2 cases available for the j7

So much for all those specifications about protecting your phone. One drop and your phone is done for. What a joke. Have'nt even made one payment on our phone yet and the screen is already cracked. Not comparable to an otter box at all. ALSO when this is on phone it distorts speaker on phone.

I purchased the "Virgin Mobile - Samsung GALAXY J7 (2016) 4G LTE with 16GB Memory Prepaid Cell Phone - White" along with this case and the case states that it is for the 2016 version but it does not fit around all the edges of the phone.
