I have owned it about a month and have put 32 miles on it driving around Seattle with no issues related to mechanical, ride or performance. Overall I would say it performs as advertised, but the buyer need to understand the listed specs are written based on basic driving conditions. What I mean is it's advertised as getting 62 miles operating range and 40 mph max speed. I have not seen anything over 30 miles on range, but I drive a few hills in Seattle and never let off the throttle (Full speed) everywhere. I don't honestly believe this scooter will hit 40mph, unless my gauge isn't calibrated, but I can do 25mph on the flats easily. So far, great choice, great scooter and I would definitely recommend it. The main reason I purchased through Best Buy was the option to return it without hassle. If you look at reviews of other scooters. When people have had problems the tech/customers support has been horrible, if they even get a response. Once thing I would like to know is where I can buy tires and breaks for this scooter.
