    took out old microwave, installed back plate and moved screw holes forward. runs quieter than old unit and has more preset cooking positions

    I’m not saying anything’s wrong with the product however I did order a GE microwave. Before I could take it back, my workers had installed it without my knowledge so I left it.

    The mounting screw hole in the top of the unit popped out and into the unit and wasn’t able to finish the installation. The other issue was I would have to wait a few more days just for the store to get a replacement, since it was not carried in stock. When plugged in it seemed to run just fine.

    Very nice, affordable microwave. Installation wasn't too bad. I hoped to use existing hardware and mounting holes but no go. Needs better instructions for the vent blower. It comes mounted to blow out into the kitchen but figured out how to rotate it to blow up into the duct.

    Such a quiet microwave!. replaced an older GE microwave and this one is just as powerful with a fraction of the noise. Have not had it long enough (only 2 weeks) to know about durability and longevity, but so ar, so good!
