Good price, good value.. Perfect for kids, not for the heavy duty user.

I read all of the reviews and for the most part they are all true. This is just an average machine. Very slow to charge and very slow at just about all tasks. But for the prices you really can't complain. Don't expect a lot and just use it when you're in a pinch and need a large screen.

I purchased this because I wanted a nice sized tablet for cheap. You get what you pay for. I feel this would be a great tablet for kids though! It was just too slow for my use.

Basically, it's a great tablet, but lack many a bell and whistle that you might expect from other name brand tablets. But, if you are like me and don't need it to be a Jack Bauer-level world saver PDA, then enjoy the bargain price and it will be a solid machine for you. Personally, I use it to take notes in class via a Bluetooth keyboard and the MS Word/Excel apps. Google apps are ready made for this machine and I even got great results in using the tablet in conjunction with the GoPro control app for my Session4 camera thanks to that Bluetooth connectivity. Of course, it's not 4k 1080i capable, but I just want to be able to preview video recordings prior to leaving the area in case a re-shoot is needed. The tablet is great for that thanks to a 10.1" screen (vs my better quality, but half the size Sony Xperia z3 screen) and I don't kill my phone's battery by trying to do EVERYthing on it. I leave all the heavy lifting to the machine that is better at it than the tablet: my desktop at home. All in all, the tablet is solidly doing the jobs I need it to accomplish and it didn't break my bank.

Internal 32GB storage memory is good for a $99 tablet. However, the resolution is not comparable to a higher-end tablet that is > $200. After 2 months, this tablet still works pretty well. However, sometimes the connection to Wi-Fi failed and only can reconnect to Wi-Fi after reboot.

This tablet starts slowly. Has sufficient memory for programs.

A 10" up to date android tablet at this price point is a no brainer. It could use a little better display and is a bit slow compared to the competition. However, this is a great device for someone who wants a perfectly functional and useful tablet at more than a reasonable cost.

Nice size and weight, does not contain a lot of bloatwear so ur gigs are available picture quality good as my Samsung tablet Back gets hot when on for more than 1 hour No adobe flash ability so it's not a laptop replacement Hard to find cover that fits

Great for a first time user or older adult with vision issues

I used this for reading comics digitally. Perfect for that but occasionally it turns off and has few indicators regarding charging. I've almost been afraid it was broken a few times. No. Just really slow on start up. Haven't run many apps besides reading and I don't have much faith in it to do so. But it was a great price for a large screen.

Decent tablet for the price. Economic tablet for easy browsing.

For the money this little table is OK. The only thing I don't like is it gets hot pretty quickly. I had purchased the white one like this a year ago and it quit working went to replace and they didn't have it so got this one. Again.. for the money it is a nice little tablet!

I was looking for an inexpensive tablet to be able to check email and Facebook while at my girlfriend's house. This tablet meets my needs and performs as advertised. I waited until it was on sale. The store was out of stock, but had it shipped to my home in just a few days.

I have great respect for any product sold by Insignia. The only real downside to this product is the short battery life and a weak wi/fi signal. My wife sits with me at the kitchen table as we see who's tablet can open face book the fastest.......Her I pad kicks my *ss.

Got this for free using Best Buy gift cards. you get what you pay for, my Kindle Fire is faster and this tablet does have a little hesitation. Also wifi works better with Kindle, every once in a while I'll lose signal. I would recommend for cheap startup tablet but if you looking for something nice pay the extra money and get something better.

worked ok then started having charging problems and black outs

I had bad luck with several other tablets before I got this one and it has worked very well for what I use it for (email, general web browsing and Netflixing). The screen size is just right and it's very lightweight.

Very slow, must reboot often. Screen size is the only bonus.

I bought this for my partner primarily for Facebook, email and online gaming. While the screen is easy to read and bright, battery life overall good, the device boots up very slowly and often freezes during online gamily (Farmville), For under $100 its a reasonable option

This has been a good tablet. The grandkids are very happy with it, which in turn makes grandparents happy. It has a very good resolution. Colors are clear. Play games, read, take pictures; Love the 10.1 inch screen especially when playing games, doing minecraft, etc.
