I decided to return and purchased a iPad repair kit. If i needed another android pad I would either buy an inexpensive amazon fire tablet or a full feature Samsung option.

The size is great especially since she likes to watch Netflix etc. She has no complaints and the battery life is pretty good she claims it doesn't die quickly and that's a good thing. I have owned an Insignia TV for over 9 years, still running strong. I understand that Best Buy has their label produced by major manufacturers. The tablet has performed flawlessly, online, movie streaming, Couldn't ask for more. Only drawback is no one makes the really nice covers for it.
