It processed slow, kept freezing even on preprogramed apps. Also was generating a lot of heat

This tablet is great size and user friendly. It is durable for kids of all ages.

Needed and inexpensive tablet and this works perfectly to watch videos, surf the web.

I would have to say that the Insignia Tablet wasn't a bad purchase. The price was half the price of a leading brand like Samsung. It has worked well wioth the exception of a few times when it simply did not want to boot up. Eventually it always starts working though. For the money it really is a good buy. But I would suggest if you buy Insignia buy the protection plan so you know Best Buy is in your corner.

The device works as intended, but is a bit sluggish. The touch interface works well, but is not the most responsive to styluses. There are settings to improve the touch responsiveness, but not by much. The overall device is still very usable just not as good as the Samsung variants. If wanted for reading, child entertainment, video watching, or web browsing I’m sure it will do just fine. This is just not what I would consider an artists tool, but for the price you could get by.

I bougt 3 tabs for my kids. They are happy i am happy .... but the only the thing kinda slow and sometimes it freeze ...

It's okay for the price I paid. Somewhat slow. The first one stopped working after about a week. Best Buy gave me a new replacement - no hassle. A friend of mine had a similar problem. His wouldn't work properly. Best Buy said they couldn't fix it even though they are the designated repair location and it's their house brand. Guess I was lucky that day because they gave him a bit of a hassle. I would recommend it for a reduced price unless you're into gaming. Then definitely no.

For the money it does what you think. If you are looking for more performance, speed then you need to spend more $$$.

Bought on sale and I didn’t expect much for a bargain priced tablet. It actually wasn’t too bad. Fairly good battery life, screen ok, good connectivity to WiFi. Definitely got more than I anticipated. That is until it died 2 weeks after I bought it. Returned it to Best Buy, THEY WERE FANTASTIC! Swapped the old one out with a new one and voila! I’m a happy camper. Probably just a fluke. Not a bad investment for a low budget tablet that does as much as this one does.

This was purchased for my mother a senior citizen. The size is perfect for her with her eye sight issues. It is a base tablet that works great for people who do not need the high end performance.

This is a great tablet at a great price. It's not the fastest you will find, but that is why the price is so cheap. The phones I have had in the past outperformed my tablets, but this one does a great job keeping up. I am more than happy with my purchase so far and this tablet really suits my needs.

Bought this tablet to replace an older Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 that my daughter used. She loves this tablet. Bigger screen, more storage, faster processor, and best of all, she can play minecraft on it! She is a happy camper. Great tablet for the price, awesome entry level tablet for kids and grownup alike.

Ran much more slowly than expected - even built-in apps like Chrome sometimes take 30 seconds to respond. Some other apps, like Facebook, regularly froze up for a minute or two before working. Surprised Best Buy would sell something that barely works. Battery took four hours to charge and discharged in the same amount of time. Battery also got uncomfortably warm after 10-15 minutes of use. Plastic screen feels cheap, but is acceptable for the price. Attempts to run the update resulted in a false error claiming that it had lost wifi connection, which a post from more than a year ago said was a known issue but apparently has not been fixed. Returned item to store after a week with no issue.

Easy to use, good for beginners, slow on power on/boot up. Overall decent.

This is a good basic Android tablet. Great for basic tasks. As far as basic tasks, for the money this is a 5 star buy. However, the camera is horrible. So do not get this if you need a tablet that will allow you to do even semi-serious photography. But I got it for reading, surfing the web, and running a few simple apps. It is great for all those tasks.

Good size, easy to use for someone who has little computer skills.

I like my insignia tablet. If you are looking for basic functions then it is not bad for the price. Sound is not that great but doable. My tablet freezes sometimes and starts rebooting on its own. Sometimes it does not turn on but takes time. There are a few problems but overall it is a decent tablet. I can watch my spectrum online tv on my tablet.

Bought to replace broken Jellybean ASUS HD7.Surprized that the nsignia had wireless display capability. Definitely worth the price after discounts applied. Will stall sometimes but can deal with that. Worse stalls with battery saver turned on. Battery saver turned on on my MOTO G 3 makes it act like it is on crack too. Overall acceptable for the price

This is great for those who need a tablet for light use. I would recommend getting a Samsung Galaxy tablet or iPad for more serious work to be done. The battery life goes fast even with battery saver activated, can last for a few hours depending on what app your using. The camera is decent as well. For $90 you get your value out of it for sure.
