I bought this several months ago and am using it as a second computer since my home computer is a desktop. This acts as my laptop and is very portable. It's a bit slow but it works perfectly well and for the price, I can't even begin to complain. I also like the fact that it can be used as both a tablet or computer.

The computer itself runs beautifully and It is wonderfully sized for carrying to class. I loved it until...the negative aspect raised up The negative was the limited memory capacity. I found that to be a huge flaw when my computer tried to up-date itself. This is the only drawback and the reason for the 3 stars: When Microsoft forced an up-date install I was sent a failure happened message. These small computers do not have the capacity to hold the sizable additional updates and there is not a means to opt out of the up-dates. Perhaps Microsoft needs to revisit the idea of large informational updates and find a fix that will allow for limiting size when it comes to small memory computers.

I purchased this tablet & keyboard as a second computer to use while out, whether at a coffee shop or while traveling. It is perfect for this. For $80+tax, it is a bargain. The keyboard is sufficiently sized, it readily loads Office, works quickly enough, and comes with very little unnecessary "free" software.

Got this tablet PC on sale and it was a great deal. The keyboard detached very easily and it is solid state so really fast. Only 32G so it could use a bit more space but other than that it’s great.

I was skeptical when I purchased this. I thought for 79 dollars don't expect much. Am I ever surprised. It is absolutely excellent. Windows 10 really makes this work like a 5 hundred dollar laptop. I did get a Logitech trackball and a 64 gb card for it that makes it easier to use. Sorry I only bought one.

I found this on a discounted price and been very please with it. It could have more memory, but that is high expectation for a tablet that is 30 percent the cost of a Samsung.

This was a cool concept but weak in application. It was slow. Not good for practical use. It's really only good for watching videos or movies you have saved on a disk. The screen size is great for travel but not very functional. The memory fills up quickly so you can't download much on it.

I normally use iPads for tablet use, but I have a couple of windows-only apps that I desired a tablet experience for while using. This model far exceeded my expectations for the eighty dollar sale price I paid. I was skeptical that it would function decently with only 2GB of RAM and the mobile CPU it has. Perfectly adequate for my needs, and I threw in a 64GB microSD card that I had laying around, so storage space is no problem either. WIFI is good, screen is bright and sharp, and the included keyboard has a nice feel.. My only con is that the USB C charging cord should be longer, guess I'll have to get a 6 footer somewhere. If you can catch a good sale on this, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

I bought this on sale for a total of $85, so needless to say I didn't have high expectations. But this dumb 'Insignia Surface' (as I like to call it) really did Smash All my expectations. It boots up really fast the touchscreen is responsive for what it is. And it does everything I needed to do as I'm using it basically as a media consumption device. It has Bluetooth so that makes it a great option for listening to headphones or hooking it up to your speakers and using it as a digital turntable at parties. Another great feature that I want to use some day, is use it as a digital photo frame. Just load it up with pictures and put on slideshow mode. Battery life is out of this world too, easily 10 hours on a charge if you turn on power saver. Really for $80 you cannot go wrong. Try to find it on sale and if you can snatch it up before it's gone.

I purchased this as a travel device; the small size is perfect for when I am on the go ad need to stay connected without hauling my full size laptop. It fits nicely in a large purse or small sleeve, and since it is Windows 10 I can mirror the setup of my larger machine for a seamless transition between the two. It is a little slow navigating, and the keyboard is small, but I expected those issues. All in all, I like this little laptop/tablet.

I love this tablet. It's so light and functional. It can replace my laptop if I need something light weight and I can still usr it without the keyboard as a tablet. Plus the price is a huge bonus if you're getting a secondary computer.

Unit is fairly quick to respond, not nearly as sluggish as I expected. Display is clear and bright with good viewing angles. The removable keyboard came loose a few times while handling the unit. I wish there was a latch to keep it attached. Also I wish the hinge would pivot a full 180 degrees to lay the unit flat. It stops at about 135 degrees. 32 GB of memory is not enough if you want to install lots of apps. There is supposed to be an option to install programs to the SD card, but I haven't been able to make that work.

This is a great portable computer. If you are looking for a light duty computer to access email, the internet, or any light duty computer task, this is the one. Good battery life, easy to use keyboard and converts to a tablet.

This is unbeatable when on sale. You won't get anything else touchscreen with windows 10 for less than $200 so even at full price this is unique at the very least. This tablet somehow handles The Sims 3 at it's lowest settings along with a few other old games. Darksiders was almost even playable, but not quite. The speed is not going to blow your mind but it is more than enough to browse online and get school work done. Plus if you're anything like me you can even play some games on it! I wish I could turn back time and stop myself from having bought my $1200 laptop a few months ago bc this does everything that I actually need out of a laptop. The USB C port is NOT 3.1 so don't imagine yourself using any HDMI adapter through it.

It's lightweight and just what I needed for way less than I anticipated having to pay. It does everything I needed when I went looking. The one I got has Windows 10 but I can live with that.

Easy to set up. Works like a charm. Sound is okay and I have no complaints. Very good tablet and at a very low cost. Would highly recommend and purchase again. Great value for the money.

I wanted to upgrade my tablet. I found this insignia on sale its just like my laptop but mini. It sure beats lugging around my laptop to work everyday. It detaches the keyboard its great.

I was looking for a tablet that also let me use it as a laptop with the keyboard and I did not want to spend over $800 on it like other brands such as the surface. I did not need a power house either since I just needed a windows tablet that would allow to me use chrome and other windows only software. Although the tablet itself does not have a whole lot of power, it does not slow down even when having multiple applications at the same time, it sometimes freezes but only for a couple of seconds. I am pretty surprised how much power it has for the processor that it has. If you need a windows tablet for casual browsing, this tablet does exactly that.

Great tablet for a great price. Great for work, travel. I use it all the time i don't be wanting to travel a big laptop so this tablet is the best!!!
