Great chest freezer for the size and price

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had an 18-year-old 7 cu ft GE freezer, and this 10 cu ft fits in the same space just by moving the garage fridge over a couple inches. It seals very tightly. The only downside is there is not a divider separating the shelf above the compressor from the main freezer like there was in the GE freezer, but this has just made us put stackable things on this shelf to utilize it more effectively.

It is built to 2022 standards so it will not take abuse. This is a manual defrost model, unloading will be necessary. The interior walls will not withstand heat or force ( chipping ). It also requires at least 6 inches of air space all around exterior. As stated in instruction manual, placement is important for operation and maintenace. The unit runs quietly.
