Awesome little convertible chest freezer. Yep! You can use it to refrigerate instead of freeze!! Holds temp consistently and has a sturdy feel to the hinges and lid. The unit was damaged during shipping and I didn’t notice until I unwrapped it. I don’t want to hassle with bringing it back so I’ll deal with the cosmetic damage and buy the geek squad plan to cover the potential system failure in the future.

I highly recommend this product, was in a pinch and needed a freezer big enough to store half a cow I purchased from my friends ranch. Let me tell you how Absolutely obsessed I am with this deep freezer, it has more than enough room and didn’t take up that much space in my garage. I have and always will choose Best Buy’s for all my home appliances because not only do they offer outstanding prices but they also price themselves in providing fantastic customer service and support.

Best Buy asked for a review. I wish I could review it, but unfortunately it was damaged in transit, and Best Buy has been dragging its heals exchanging it, "losing" the replacement, in what feels like an endless cycle of transfers to "someone else who can help with that." If you can shop elsewhere, do it.

This chest freezer has been a great addition to my home. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and holds temperature perfectly even in the garage. The 10.4 cu. ft. capacity is surprisingly spacious and easy to organize with the included baskets. Solid build quality, smooth lid operation, and efficient performance. Exactly what I needed and works as advertised. Highly recommend.

It was a perfect size for a particular spot in my garage. Holds a decent amount of food and works well however the inner plastic basket is cheaply made, is not that sturdy and sometimes falls. Metal baskets would be a sturdier option but difficult to find for this particular deep freezer. It arrived a bit damaged at the corner. Also had to wait 24 hrs before I could load my food.

Perfect size for our situation. Not too big, not too small, and garage ready. It comes with one basket for organizing which is nice, but it is not nearly enough to keep the freezer organized. We purchased crates to help with organizing our stock of produce which is the downside to all chest freezers. Specifically, we ordered 30L expandable crates found on Amazon and they are a perfect fit. We were able to stack 6 (stacks of 3 next to each other) in the main body of the freezer. The built in door light is a major plus and very welcome addition. The freezer has been working great so far at doing its job, but whether the freezer will last for years to come can only be answered with time.

It’s very compact for my use. Energy efficient my electric bill dropped so much since I purchased this freezer. Adjustable thermostat for setting temperatures and inside light is outstanding. Overall experience is outstanding. Customer service at best buy in union city California was awesome. Will definitely go back for my future purchases.

Purchased last week. So far so good. Ample space with convenient lighting. Only thing missing are casters for easy movement.

Works well, Guessed at the initial setting. I wanted at least 0 F. I checked it the following morning and it measured 20 below 0 F. Great! Nice and quiet. (Special note to beekeepers: It will hold 2, deep, 8-frame supers to kill Small Hive Beetles and wax moths)

This item provides extra freezer space to take advantage of sales, seasonal items and stocking up. This is great for smaller spaces when there's not enough room for a huge freezer. Works great,garage safe.

Great size for the price! Fits just right in the space I intended it to go. Got cold fast. It will hold the deer meet that it was purchased for. Now if I could just get that deer lol.

This freezer is a great replacement for one that finally wore out. The interior light is a nice feature the old one lacked. Delivery was right on time and it was easy to move into place. Seems to be working great, which is good since it only has one job.

Works great. Added adjustable baskets as necessary to utilize all the space. Nice light in top. Just what we needed. No info on long term reliability but so far so good.
