Awesome little convertible chest freezer. Yep! You can use it to refrigerate instead of freeze!! Holds temp consistently and has a sturdy feel to the hinges and lid. The unit was damaged during shipping and I didn’t notice until I unwrapped it. I don’t want to hassle with bringing it back so I’ll deal with the cosmetic damage and buy the geek squad plan to cover the potential system failure in the future.

So far works great. Filled it with Food. Checked temp . Works as intended

Best Buy asked for a review. I wish I could review it, but unfortunately it was damaged in transit, and Best Buy has been dragging its heals exchanging it, "losing" the replacement, in what feels like an endless cycle of transfers to "someone else who can help with that." If you can shop elsewhere, do it.

My freezer by Fridgidaire went out suddenly and last minute I found this efficient freezer on sale at Best Buy. It was ready within two hours for pickup and it saved my frozen meats and chicken. Its so much better than the stand up freezer I had and I love how spacious and easy to organize your frozen foods with. So far i love it and hopefully it will last a long time.

It’s very compact for my use. Energy efficient my electric bill dropped so much since I purchased this freezer. Adjustable thermostat for setting temperatures and inside light is outstanding. Overall experience is outstanding. Customer service at best buy in union city California was awesome. Will definitely go back for my future purchases.

We've only had it running for about a week and it has been running fine so far. I took off one star because of build quality. We purchased some bins to help organize things in the freezer. The bins fit on one side of the freezer, but not the other side. I pulled out my folding ruler and discovered that the freezer is not the same dimensions across the length. It's more of a trapezoid shape than a true rectangle.

I’m extremely happy with this chest freezer. It offers excellent storage capacity while maintaining a compact footprint, making it perfect for both bulk groceries and long-term storage. The temperature stays consistently cold, and items freeze quickly, which helps preserve freshness.

It was a perfect size for a particular spot in my garage. Holds a decent amount of food and works well however the inner plastic basket is cheaply made, is not that sturdy and sometimes falls. Metal baskets would be a sturdier option but difficult to find for this particular deep freezer. It arrived a bit damaged at the corner. Also had to wait 24 hrs before I could load my food.

My freezer went out at the last minute and even though i had to travel over 20 minutes to get it it was well worth it.. i went up in size and the price was excellent.. Not to mention the 6/12 months same as cash for a last-minute purchase.

Works well, Guessed at the initial setting. I wanted at least 0 F. I checked it the following morning and it measured 20 below 0 F. Great! Nice and quiet. (Special note to beekeepers: It will hold 2, deep, 8-frame supers to kill Small Hive Beetles and wax moths)

So far this freezer has worked exactly as it should. Turned on a little over half way on the cold/freeze adjustment and it’s freezing everything quite quickly… just as it’s supposed to!

I love this freezer. The dimensions are perfect, the seal is tight without being difficult to open, deep enough to hold everythjng but not so deep that things get "lost". Also, the included basket is SO nice. Very helpful with organization.

Can't beat this freezer for the features, size, and price. Our main fridge died, and we needed a freezer in an emergency while we got a replacement. This chest freezer saved the day and is perfect for storing all kinds of frozen goods.

This freezer is a great replacement for one that finally wore out. The interior light is a nice feature the old one lacked. Delivery was right on time and it was easy to move into place. Seems to be working great, which is good since it only has one job.

Owned this freezer for over a month, still glad to buy it. It is quiet when running and extremely get to desired temperature quickly. Highly recommend this freezer to anyone who needed.

Exactly what I needed - not too big not too small; does not fill with ice so far. I had to figure out the organizational system of baskets, and I think I got it.

The freezer itself is great. The delivery and customer service was horrible. I was given a 4 hour window for delivery, but no one arrived. I called customer service 3 times and the first 2 told me that it was still going to be delivered that day and to just wait. I called a 3rd time and was transferred to someone who actually looked into the issue. She said that they never had a driver for the delivery so there was never a way that it was going to arrive that day. We then had to schedule a second deliver and take additional time off to be home. I had been told to call back when it was delivered to be compensated for the inconvenience, but the person I spoke to said they could not do anything because it did end up being delivered.
