We would recommend this product to anyone. We have only had this freezer for a short time but very happy with it!

I was given a 4 hour window for delivery, but no one arrived. I called customer service 3 times and the first 2 told me that it was still going to be delivered that day and to just wait. I called a 3rd time and was transferred to someone who actually looked into the issue. She said that they never had a driver for the delivery so there was never a way that it was going to arrive that day. We then had to schedule a second deliver and take additional time off to be home. I had been told to call back when it was delivered to be compensated for the inconvenience, but the person I spoke to said they could not do anything because it did end up being delivered.
