    Keeps laptop charged. Still not sure what problem was as battery is never fully charged. Geek squad said everything was fine and told me to get this charger.

    Wasn't compatible with my computer. It was 100 W the Best Buy employee didn't seem to believe me when I told him I was sure my laptop needed a 165 W charger.
