||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't in NEED of a new coffee machine, but I bought this because of the "built-in filter" which I thought I would NO longer need to buy filters... well I was wrong! After enjoying my 1st cup with the new machine, there was a little "residue" left in my cup! So now, I place a paper filter under the "built-in filter" which has helped get rid of that residue. I'd rather go back to my old machine!

I understand how this could be a big inconvenience for you. The filter included is reusable, however, it's filtration is lower than the paper ones. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set up is easy and straightforward. When coffee is dispensed, it is barely lukewarm. It gets hotter when the carafe is left on the warming plate for 15-20 minutes, but with the water not hot enough when running through the grounds, coffee is not strong enough, even with the adjustable strength button set to strong. As with any coffee maker, I would not trust the water level markings either on the carafe or water tank. Rather, to get a consistent cup, use a measuring cup. The nylon filter is sufficient for filtering out fine grounds; no residual sediment came through. I’ll probably go back to my pour-over method for daily coffee making, but will keep this for occasions when I need to brew multiple cups, as it was very inexpensive using a Deal of the Day offer plus a rewards coupon.

Started to leak after a month
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on sale on March 19, 2019 and as of yesterday May 29, 2019 the coffee maker began to leak. I can not longer return the item so now I'm stuck with a coffee maker that doesn't work after two months. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
