This is an attractive and roomy freezer that holds quite a lot of food. Super quiet and I love the convenient sliding baskets that come with it. After researching availablilty and prices in our area, this was a bargain with super fast delivery. I purchased this freezer online, sight unseen, as it was not on display at either of our local Best Buy stores. So far I am VERY happy with this freezer!

I have had this freezer for a week now,and it is working like a champ! When I looked in different stores, I didn't realize that the 14.1 is bigger than I thought... but that is perfectly fine with me. I have lots of room for hunted meat (deer, elk, etc.) and look forward to filling it. This was the best price I could find online, and it arrived to the store two days early... good job Best Buy!!!

I had been searching for a larger freezer and with all the COVID stuff causing most things to be out of stock I was shocked to have found this one. It originally wasn’t the one I was wanting but I am very happy with it. There is a lot of room and three baskets for smaller items. It has wheels also which makes moving it around much easier. Would definitely recommend this item!

We have had hit and miss experiences with Insignia brand appliances, and I would say more miss than hit, so I was reluctant to purchase this freezer. However, with the pandemic and short supplies, this item was in stock. It is roomy enough for a large family, seems to work efficiently and most importantly, it has been over a month and it is still working!

The freezer got cold very fast. Doesn’t make a lot of noise. Very spacious without being very bulky.

My upright freezer went out and I searched trying to find a freezer, but due to the covid-19 craziness I couldn't find one locally. I finally found this one 2 hours away and we went and picked it up. It was able to fit everything from my upright with no problem. I was very thankful to have found it. And it is working great!

This freezer was easy to set up and has worked without issue for a little over a year now. It is easy to move for cleaning underneath it and has racks to help organize some of the contents. It runs infrequently and is very quiet. I keep an alarm on it and the temperature does not fluctuate much.

I was excited to see what this freezer could hold, and I was very impressed with the amount of food that fit. It has three baskets that easily move freely and are easily lifted out for convenience. It also has wheels, and even when almost at full capacity can still be moved with not much effort.

A big freezer for a reasonable price! The LED interior light is very nice and the unit is very sturdy and started cooling as soon as I plugged it in. Best Buy was amazing and delivered it the day after I purchased online!

The freezer keeps things frozen rock hard. Lots of space and storage baskets to keep food organized. The only thing disappointing about this freezer are the dents in it from shipping but it doesnt affect the quality.

Old Freeze died after 40 years, and the 25.3 Gibson wasn't available anymore. And the larger similar square footage wouldn't fit into basement doorway, and inventory at local stores very limited, so ended up getting two 14.1 cf, hope is to just shut down one as we use and consolidate. hope these last as long- Light option in lid is really nice, and external power indicator light is nice as well, seems to get cold enough.

I have purchased and used several Insignia upright and chest freezers over the last couple of years. They are quiet, dependable and have features of units that cost 50-80% more. I would buy again.

Its huge! I didn't realize how big it was. Due to the pandemic, the delivery did not to set up, forcing me to gather my family to get it to the destined location. It works well but measure first!

This is a great size. I bought it because I was tired of buying different styles of refrigerators trying to find the perfect freezer size. This thing is big and holds a lot of briskets.

I was unsure about buying an off brand, was pleasantly surprised. It cooled quick, very roomy. So far no problems. Easy pickup too.

Good size for what I needed and where I needed to put it. Was one of very few available at the time. Great quality for value. Only negative was one LED light on lid didn't work. Not a big deal since most chest freezers I've had didn't have a light anyway!
