This is a great freezer. The shelves are spacious. The temperature is consistent.

overall it's pretty nice, but the door seal is a bit tight, if it's not fully weighed down with food you might end up pulling the whole freezer forward while trying to open the door

We ordered two of these--on is used as a refrigerator and the other as a freezer. They give us all the extra refrigerator and freezer space that we need after shopping in bulk. Great price for the amount of cubic feet that we are gaining. The only negative is that the door is not reversible.

I love that it is convenient and convertible. It was a good value compared to other ones on the market

I purchased two of these for my garage. One as a refrigerator and one as a freezer. We are 6 months in and overall the units are really nice. They maintain their temps and have a fair amount of storage space. The 3-star rating is for the quality of the units. I have had issues with the handles on both units. One, I was able to remedy myself. The other, the handle completely broke off. I contacted Insignia and was told this is a wear and tear issue and that it is not covered by the warranty. Really? After less than 6 months of use, it’s going to break. So, overall, the unit is good but don’t expect help from the manufacturer if you have an issue.

Love the fact that it can be either a refrigerator or freezer for what ever your need is. Thermostat is on the door so you do not have to open to adjust settings. It's also spacious

This freezer has been a fantastic addition to our garage. It can operate as both a fridge or a freezer and has consistently maintained the appropriate temperature without any hassle. It took less than 10 minutes to setup and the quick freeze option worked like a charm. The LED display and external controls make controlling the temp super easy. Overall this has been a huge upgrade for our family and we couldn’t be more pleased.

We bought this freezer October of 2023. We thought we would be switching back and forth with the refrigerator and freezer options. We have used it as a feeezer all but twice. It works so good with the -11 below zero it is our preferred deep freeze. We love it and will always have one from now on.

Love this fridge! It can convert from full size refrigerator only to full size freezer only, which would be very handy sometimes, but we only need a full size fridge with no freezer, so this is perfect in every way! It cannot "accidently" get switched over to freezer (which I was concerned about with small hands and curious fingers!) it is very intentional with the the button lock and always visible display telling you what it is set on. I love having an entire refrigerator without having to share part of it with a freezer!

Excellent freezer/fridge. It can be used as either or. We use it as an upright freezer in our garage. Love it way better than our previous deep freezer. I have no complaints about it. We love it.

I love this refrigerator/freezer. I purchased it for use as a “storage” freezer, but the size and openness will result in me getting a second one to use only as a refrigerator. It is a great option for those who don’t have space for a larger double door fridge/freezer combo. I was able to put on my front porch using a regular electric outlet!!! I love it…and the cost was great too!!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this freezer was! I love it! It holds so much! We got this for meat storage and I love it. Now we can see everything we have without having to dig through our chest freezer.

Was unsure if it would be big enough. But it was. Sealed really good. Had the power off for a few days. The only a few things thawed a little. Some dread on door as well as ice cream. That was all. Meat was still frozen & pre made dishes. I can also use it as a extra refrigerator it I need one. ( Like all the food for holidays)

We are using this as a fridge inside our home. It's been set up for just under 2 months now. Delivery was quick and easy. We haven't had any issues with the unit maintaining a steady temperature like other reviewers have mentioned. Possibly because it is inside our home instead of in the garage? We'll see how it holds up over time. We love the space. The door shelves hold most of our condiments, they are wide enough for garlic and mayo containers. The only thing I've noticed so far is that the unit wasn't adjusted so that the front sits a little higher than the back. I'm not sure if that is possible, like most refrigerators. So if you simply push the fridge for, it won't finish closing on its own. You have to make sure to firmly close the door or it swings open again.

This is a great freezer/refrigerator! We own the same brand chest freezer, so we knew the quality would be really good. We are very satisfied with the price too. I also like the fact that it can be a huge refrigerator. It’s not something that I’m probably going to use, but it’s a nice option. It has more than enough room for all of my food. I would definitely recommend this product.

So far so good. This is in the garage for my husbands business. The only thing is that the sides of the fridge are always warm but the top stays cool. Cools as it should. Have not tried it as a freezer yet.

Its so quiet. Very well built and spacious. Easy to organize and easy to get to everything. Easy to see everything. I freeze many vegetables, this freezer is fast.

I am happy with this purchase! I can finally see everything in my freezer! My old chest freezer was small and I could never see the stuff on the bottom. I keep this freezer in my house, but I like that it is garage ready. I also like that it can be a fridge, but I have not tried this feature out since I only needed a freezer.
