Great sound, small so it fits nicely anywhere! Wow

I bought this set for my TV. I hooked it up to a Samsung 26" LCD that I use in the bedroom. The speakers in flat-screen TV's are so poor - the TV might as well not come with speakers built in. This set plugs into the headphone jack on the TV. Perfect sound and size for the bedroom.

I use it whenever I watch movies. It has a clear voice. Besides, it is not too big.

I purchased this system yesterday. Was a bit hesitant. Had never heard of the brand, come to find out it's an "in house" brand. After spending 15 minutes untangling the wires, it only took about 3 minutes to hook up and get them working. The sound reproduction isn't all that great, but they are what they are. Computer speakers. And they work with the new HP tower purchased last week, which is something that the Polk Audio speakers I had did not.

I am very happy with the purchase of these speakers. On sale I payed less that $20. I think the sound is great for such a low price. They are very modern looking speakers. The only inconvenience I have seen is that I have to plug them into an outlet for power. They have no USB adapter for power. Still I am very pleased with my purchase and for the price I don't think I could have gotten anything that sounds better.

I bought these speakers to connect to a smartphone to listen to streaming music. Volume is extremely low even with the speaker volume wide-open and phone volume wide-open. Probably OK if you are sitting within 3 feet of the speakers. Fidelity is mediocre. Spend a few bucks more and get better speakers.

I Bought this for my laptop, i connect my laptop to LCD TV, and the sound is not transfered through the AVI cable, so bought this. and i am successfull in setting the things. Sound is awesome... I got it in a deal at best buy.. i love this product very much.....

I gave this a gift for my 16 year old niece and she loved it. It's perfect for her in her room, loud that's what she wanted and got.

great highs, great mids, lows could have more but for this price it's perfect! Works awesome with my gaming computer no static on any volume. One day soon I'll probably upgrade to a higher grade speaker system but until I do this will handle any and everything I need it to do until then!

These speakers actually sound pretty good. They are definitely worth the $34 I paid for them. No, they won't blow you away or knock pictures off the wall, but I didn't expect that from $34 speakers anyway. Nor do I need them to do that. I have them set up in my office and they look and sound good. If you want a basic set up with good sound get these.

It's a decent speaker for the price. Personally the Logitech speakers similar to these are better sounding. Got some for my mom and wish I'd spent a few extra dollars for them. The insignia speakers seem a little dull sounding. Almost muffled. Other than that no trouble with them. They connect easily. Remember to switch output settings on your computer though.

Theses speakers are great for an apartment. I listen to techno and bass heavy stuff and the sub doesn't disappoint for the money. Treble is clear and crisp.

The sound is average, if you are an avid music listener, this set is probably not for you. When the speaker is on, there is an incredibly bright blue light that is a little annoying, so as long as you don't have this near your range of vision, it shouldn't be a big deal. I would recommend to a friend only if they were looking for anything inexpensive that played sound for the computer.

I can't believe the different in sound compare to the old speakers I had. I feel the sound is crisp & clear - no distortion like the old speakers. I'm satisfied with the decision of purchasing the Insignia - 2.1 Speaker System. I would recommend this to my friends.
