Watch out for damage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just as many others have experienced, I picked up mine from the store and when I unboxed it, the refrigerator was damaged. It’s frustrating as I unboxed it after carrying it many blocks to its destination. Be sure to check for damage upon receipt!

Huge dent

I did not contact Best Buy for a replacement because it felt like too much work. I also didn’t unbox it for three weeks after receiving the shipment and didn’t want to fight with someone or wait for a replacement part. It’s just disappointing when something brand new is damaged when arrived. Box was not bent so I’m not really sure how it got dented Except that someone returned a dented one and they sent it to me.

Crinkled Mess

Bought one and when it was delivered it was damaged. (see photo) Contacted Customer Service and the second one was delivered and it was damaged even worst than the first. Returned both to the Chesapeake Best Buy (40+ mile from my home) and got my money back. Both were obviously damaged before they were put in their respective boxes (No damage on boxes)

Damaged just like everyone elses

They are intentionally selling damaged products hoping people won’t return them, cause at this point there has been plenty of reviews for years and they haven’t done anything about it to prevent these coming in damaged. Disappointed.

Damaged upon opening

It had a dent in the door and two dents on the side. There was no damage to the box. It appears it was damaged before it was placed in the box. Just awful.

I was so happy that it was delivered earlier than the expected time and date however after removing the box earlier today my heart breaks into pieces. Returning due to Dents - "Disappointed"

I purchased it as an additional fridge for beverage. Upon taking it from the box, we notice the hugh dents. Who's doing a Quality check on these products before shipping? The box had security seal tape all over..., maybe to conceal the damage. I strongly believed that it was placed in the box damaged with dents and scratches. Not happy and will return this week!!!

Damaged upon delivery

The dent is about 2 inches long and appears to be cosmetic only, but we are still waiting to see if this will impact the function of the fridge. Overall disappointed in a damaged product but hopeful that the fridge will live up to the other positive reviews.

Came damaged

Two dents on door (one very large and noticeable) a dent on top (also very large) and damage to a corner. Best buy did offer me $11.77 back, but it honestly isn't enough for the amount of damage.

Arrived dented.

The dents were substantial but are cosmetic. Contacted Best Buy but was told they could only do a $9 discount but I could return it to the store for an exchange. I think my time is worth than $9. Just doesn’t seem right.

Buyer beware

Got it home, the hinge to the door was completely busted. The 4 corners on the back side were bent inward as if something very heavy was dropped on it. The inside was busted all the way through. Returned immediately. Quality control is severely lacking!

Dent / Scratch upon arrival

Lousy little refrigerator oh boy

After 3 weeks mine started leaking. And not keeping things cold and when I turned it up to number four all in the back started dripping ice. This is totally aren't called for 14 days to return something?
