online purchase was quick & easy. shipping was very fast. however fridge was damaged once opened. large dents on the top of the fridge as if it maybe were dropped. this was for our office at work and we needed to use it right away, so i did not have time for a return/exchange. Fridge does work well, just wish it wasn't all dented.

easy to set up, love how it has feet to help lvl it out as needed. perfect for our office in the house for some cold beverages.

I ordered a mini refrigerator two times by now I’m pregnant and I need it to be in my bedroom. First time I got it delivered damaged refrigerator then Somehow I managed and returned it in stores and then ordered again it’s again the same delivered the refrigerator damaged when I called them and asked about I couldn’t able to Return it at the stores as a pregnant lady it’s hard for me to go to store. I never had this kind of experience worst service ever. Never ordering from Best Buy ever again.

Great looking fridge with decent functionality... BUT beware just like everybody else here, this fridge will most likely come dented/damaged!!

The fridge came fast and I never opened it because I wanted to bring it to college. When unpacked it I found that it was actually damaged a little.

The box did not have one side the cover of the box, the item was missing parts and it was dented

I bought this Mini-Fridge for my grandson’s 2nd birthday! He loves it!

Refrigerator arrived with a large dent in the top corner. The door also has 3 dents along the side. After removing the protective plastic covering, there is a large scratch underneath it. Guess the protective plastic dodnt do its job. Not happy as it was a Christmas present. Looks used with all the dents in it.

Like most people it came with a couple of dents and best buy only offered me $10 if we keep it but it does get cold.

I have had this little fridge for a while and have gotten a lot of use from it. The size fits perfectly in any area I want. I find it very convenient.

My husband Father’s Day present was excellent he was so happy to get the refrigerator.

Everything went as planned from start to finish, however my new mini fridge had 2 dents in it when i unpacked it

Came today. We carried it up to the 3rd floor to set it up & found it was dented in 2 corners! One dent has rust, it had to be like that during manufacturing. Plugged it in to see if it works in the interim. Waiting for CS call back.

It got here quickly and that was great. However, it came with a HUGE dent in the back and the side of it and a chip on the door. Still functions just fine but it was very disappointing for what I paid for it. Had we not needed it right away, it would have been sent back.

Received a damage one and shouldn't be considered as brand new Called customer service and nothing is solved

Two attempts to buy this new - outer boxes fine but both units dented and scratched when unboxed. A shame, as this is a top-rated model per multiple professional review organizations. Now it's after the holidays, and I can get a pristine name brand (not Best Buy's Insignia) with more features and better energy efficiency for the same price elsewhere. Oh well!
