parts are impossible to find, every time there was a little problem,we had to exchange for a brand new fridge because they didn't have parts for it. It caused us major disruptions with our rental property and extra expenses.

I like the way it looks. The space in it . The freezer has plenty of room and the frig part is really spacious. I like the space it has.

Just installed the unit, so can't opine to quality, but very easy installation and leveling. Flipping the door hinge was also simple.

I got the fridge at the end of Aug 2023. I plugged it in and it turned on but when I checked a few hours later, it was off. It tripped the GFCI plug. I reset the GFCI and tried again, and same thing. Turned on but was off by the next morning. I repeated this a few times. Eventually called my electrician to come see if the GFCI plug was the issue. He looked and said no, it’s the fridge that’s using too much power in surges. It’s a dedicated outlet with only the fridge plugged in. So he removed the GFCI and made it a regular outlet. It’s been staying on since then; about 3 weeks now since I got the outlet changed. The electrician said there’s no way an energy efficient fridge should be tripping a GFCI plug on a dedicated circuit…“Luckily”, the door of the fridge came dented during delivery, so I was offered a replacement by Best Buy. I have to wait until Nov 8 for the replacement to arrive so I’m using this questionable one until then; about 3 weeks more to wait for the new one. Last week the fridge started making loud vibrating sounds. The sound stays on for an hour or longer at a time and is pretty annoying. Kinda getting worried that this thing is a fire hazard. Another minor complaint is that the fridge door doesn’t swing closed on its own. At least with previous fridges I had, you lightly push the door and it would close. This fridge, I have to completely push the door closed. Otherwise, the capacity of the fridge is pretty good and it looks good for a cheap fridge. The delivery guys said it was really light for them to carry up, so maybe that’s a positive if you’re picking up the fridge yourself. I’ll update again when the replacement fridge arrives. Hopefully these are issues with just this particular fridge since it came dented.

I bought this for my basement, I thought it would just be generic with no style or looks but it surprisede. Also the delivery service was so good in installing this.

So far so good. We bought 2 and they are chugging along nicely. Good value and looks fine.

Great fridge. Ben buying this model to put in a 50 unit apartment complex and it looks and fits great and the space we have.

Seems to be a decent refrigerator. Kinda wishing i bought the ice maker for it. A little noisy a times but not bad for the price.

good would have been outstanding,but a few scratches and a dent done before it got here.i watched the guys unload it . they did an great job!

It has a good size. But very noisy I think it should be reevaluate by the company

So far so good. Only had it a week but so far it maintains a steady constant temp. Also runs quiet.
