The inside water leaked, the drawers were not opening correctly and would stick and grind plastic. The biggest issue we had was the ice maker. The water to fill the ice maker would leak inside the freezer and create ice blocks. Was replaced 3 times and all 3 refrigerators had the same issues. Finally returned for a refund. Best Buy did have good customer service which I appreciated.

I have had it since Feb 2023 and to this day, June 3, 2023 I have NOT seen a cube ice. Best Buy's Super Nice, Calm, Amazing & Patient Geek Squad Tech ( RGB) has been dispatched four times to replace 4 different parts, it is still NOT making ice. I read through all the reviews —which were mostly good about this Insigna Refrigerator before making a decision to buy it BUT I was very disappointed when I noticed it was NOT making ice At this point, Best Buy will have to exchange the refrigerator or give me a full refund.
